My wife and I purchased a 2014 Silverado 1500LT from Napleton Off Lease Missouri in xx. Peters on 04/23/24. The vehicle was exactly as described on their website. It was immaculately detailed and presented to us for our inspection and test drive. Our Salesperson Max Samsonov was extremely attentive and accommodating as was Scott Harless our Closing Agent. I took my vehicle in to Springfield Kia (Formerly Youngblood) To have my vehicle taillight inspected because it was on the fritz blinking on and off, And get an oil change. I met with Ryan who is the service advisor who took complete charge and was able to not only remedy the problem, but came out to bring a few things up to my attention. The charges were reasonable. The wait time was reasonable, and the care was way above the average. Which is why I go to Springfield Kia.
