State Line Nissan had the BEST deal in the country on the Nissan I was looking for. I was able to purchase the vehicle remotely without ever stepping foot inside the dealership. Mo Alsarawan was very helpful and extremely polite. All of my questions were answered quickly and completely before my daughter picked up the vehicle. Not only do they perform the needed services, but they also do a free 27 point inspection to make sure my vehicle is up to date on maintenance and safe for my family to drive and ride in. I will continue to have my vehicles serviced here!

Bought a 26 Nissan Frontier Pro 4X Roush back in March. At the time the dealer was advertising on their website up to 8k off on 26 Nissan Frontier pickups,sales tax paid(as in the dealer covers the sales tax for you), and very low interest rates that were combined offers, not one or the other. During the negotiations, I point this advertising out to the salesperson and they tell me that after confirming with his manager that the sales tax was still my responsibility, but the dealer would be the ones cutting the check for me which made it no different than paying it myself. This in of itself was misleading advertising and then I find out the rebate was taken off the table if I went with the lower rate. Keep in mine the advertisements did not say one or the other it was a combined offer(it showed a + sign in between the offers (meaning in addition to). I even spoke with the sales manager(who is no longer with the dealer now) and he said the advertisement was just to get people in the door which is very shady. Also, the dealer never sent me a review form to fill out even after I emailed requesting one. The truck apparently did not have a proper PDI as I found chips out of the paint upon inspection of the truck when we arrived to look it over. The truck also had a faulty tie rod that had to be replaced which should have been caught before we took delivery as the steering was off. The only positive thing I can say about the dealer was the F&I guy was great to deal with. The only reason we went with the truck despite all the misleading xx was it was the exact configuration/color we wanted and there were not any others within a 3 hour radius. I would not deal with this dealer again based upon the shady advertising/bait and switch tactics as well as the poor PDI procedures.

my son in law put a couple of bad reviews in here and I would like to disagree with EVERTHING he has said....the service center is behind bc of covit19 but this dealership brought in someone on a Saturday and paid them over time to try and get our expedition fixed and back to us asap...in this day and age I find this kind of service very professional and courteous and thank them very much for there service.

I have 2021 nissan altima i give my car for service ( oil change and tire rotation) every time they did mistake they don’t have proper wheel balancing machine and they do scrathes and broke my alloywheel for me this is the third time happen and they are argue with coustmers afterthat they are changing the pictures and lying and they are trying to blame on us .i strongly recommended dont give your cars for service in frank fletcher nissan ( joplin) and especially service advisor ( steve wright) he is a very very rude with all customers and below and i shares with proofs also so please dont give your cars in frank fletcher nissan
