The engine had life left, transmission shifted smoothly, and brakes stopped the car without issue. However, there were some drawbacks, including a loud whining sound under the hood and wandering at highway speeds. The turn signal stalk needed repair, and the back windows didn't work. Despite these issues, I was happy with the price and negotiated a deal. The dealership addressed the issues and kept me updated on the maintenance. As I was going to trade it in anyway very soon, I chose not to have it repaired. While at the dealership, I went to sales and spoke with Terrance Echols (and Mike Robinson by phone). These men have been nothing short of amazing with my husband & I each time we have purchased from them. I highly recommend this dealership! There is no way these other reviews are correct. We bought a 2011 Chevy equinox, the condition of this vehicle was not disclosed to the dealership when they took ownership of it. It was problem after problem. We owned it for 2 months. It spent a majority of that time in the shop with them at Van Chevrolet. Derek, the manager was able to get us out of that loan and into a 2025 Chevy trailblazer. The customer service at this dealership is above any we have ever experienced. I do not believe that rating should be able to be made if the customer was simply not able to qualify for the vehicles. Because the customer service at this dealership they go above and beyond.
