I had a positive experience with this dealership, which I would rate as five stars. I found a 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt LT sedan online, listed at a fair market price. The salesperson, Chance, was kind and professional. After a test drive, I was pleased with the vehicle's condition, considering its age and mileage. The engine had life left, transmission shifted smoothly, and brakes stopped the car without issue. However, there were some drawbacks, including a loud whining sound under the hood and wandering at highway speeds. The turn signal stalk needed repair, and the back windows didn't work. Despite these issues, I was happy with the price and negotiated a deal. The dealership addressed the issues and kept me updated on the maintenance. Overall, I was impressed with the dealership's service and would recommend them.

I went in for. service as my car was making a grinding noise. Sherry Ruff was amazing to deal with from the time I called and when I brought my car in. She had my car diagnosed in very little time. As I was going to trade it in anyway very soon, I chose not to have it repaired. While at the dealership, I went to sales and spoke with Terrance Echols (and Mike Robinson by phone). These men have been nothing short of amazing with my husband & I each time we have purchased from them. I highly recommend this dealership! WOW! This dealership is unlike the many others I have had to go to after my car was stolen. I CANNOT BELIEVE how kind, helpful, honest, they were here. They made sure the car I was buying used was perfect, and they worked as a team after I called first thing in morning to buy it. We had test driven it the night before with salesman Matt and then woke up and called saying we wanted to buy it but my car salesman was off. Matt was very nice and NOT pushy. After he knew we weren't going to buy that night he still continued to chat with us and give great advice on car buying in general. The sales manager Bruce assured me they worked as a team and that Matt would get commission for it-- the sales manager and finance manager Tyler were beyond assuring during a high anxiety time. Tyler took care of a scratch in the plastic and the chip in the windshield for free, and you cannot tell either were there. Sitting through an hour of paperwork signing would've sucked and most finance managers are jerks but Tyler was kind and very knowledgeable about finance and cars in general. Side note They do not haggle but if you have been car shopping most places don't any more. They believe in coming forth with their best price and then the financier shops for the best loan for you. If you tell them your monthly goal they will make sure you meet that. They really made the car buying experience friendly and hometown feeling. It totally didn't suck at all. They even delivered my car to me since I would not have a ride to go get it. I will be checking there first for our next car. If you're tired of the big dealerships where you're just a number, this is the place to start.
