Quick service. The staff were prompt and polite. When I had issues with my vehicle 2 days after purchasing it the service dept was quick to respond and help me get it towed back to the dealership ship and checked out and I was given a vehicle to use in the mean time. Was able to get my car back the next day.

Express is so accommodating. They have me in and out in good time. Don’t mind the wait, just want a good job . Too bad they can’t handle Buicks anymore . I bought 2 Buicks there when it was Skinners. I’ll be buying another brand next , because I’m not leaving Express. Maybe Chevy, or maybe truck , who knows.

She made several calls and found one to be delivered July 2nd between 3 and 4. We returned the next day and Bryan, the service manager, led us to the location as we had no clue where this town was. The service department is terrible. They fought with the warranty company for 2 weeks while my truck sat in the parking lot. I had to call everyday to check progress. They don’t return calls in a timely manner. Quoted me $7000 for transmission that it turns out I didn’t need (took truck to another dealer). They treat you like an inconvenience more than a customer. I will never deal with them again. Other dealer worked with the warranty company and had my torque converter replaced for a fraction of the frivolous quote from Carl hogan.

Customer service is not a priority.. did some service work for me and bent a part of the trim when installing the néw radio but told me the trim bent because of the heat inside the vehicle. (It was the end of November at 70 degrees so that can’t be true) so now the trim above the radio has a bent spot in it. After Receiving approximately $5000 from my warranty company for installing radio and running boards I’m call back to make new appointment to have struts replaced on front end. I’m told to call back next week, they had a covid break out in the shop. So I wait about 10 days to call back to get an appointment and at this time I’m told that I may want to see what my warranty is because they have quit taken warranty work. I told him I wasn’t real sure what it was and they should have it in file as you just installed the radio.. then gentleman did not want to take a moment and look it up to see.. calls me back 15min later to tell me they ain’t going to accept my warranty anymore. No explanation at all.. so now since my local dealer won’t service my needs I’ll have to go out of town to get serviced. And I was actually looking to purchase a vehicle with Dossett.. glad I got to see the importance of their customers before I got in deeper with them. Because I never felt that my needs as a customer were ever a priority to them. And I even bought the whole shop lunch for doing the 1 and only service work they ever did.. if your vehicle has to go in the shop for a week or more.. plan to be without a vehicle for just that long. They will not give you anything to drive while yours sits on their lot while they wait to work on yours.. sorry I was such a hindrance to Dossett Big 4

Very poor customer service, I’ve been coming here for four years and I’ve never experienced such rudeness. I spoke immediately when walking through the door and no one parted their lips to speak back until I made a comment. I still waited about five minutes before someone actually asked if they could assist me, only to almost get turned around by a new associate by the name of Scott. He proceeded to tell me that they close at 530 and it wasn’t even 5 yet(I only needed an oil change). Had the services manager never spoke up and told him to take me i would’ve been rudely turned away. This is unacceptable. I normally deal with Rod or Darius but those two we’re in on today. However if this continues I will not be back.

Friendly staff. Always clean inside. Service manager attentive to your needs. One complaint. I have been having my truck serviced there since August 2021. Two times when I received my truck after being serviced the interior was very dirty on the drivers side. This last time was really unacceptable. The drivers door arm rest, console, steering wheel and drivers seat and head rest had a lot of dirt on all of it. It’s like the shop tech had dirt/dust all over his clothes. I did not talk to the service manager about this issue. He was very busy and I said I could just clean out myself. The shop hand needs to treat other peoples property with respect.
