Fabulous customer service both online and in person! I was looking at their inventory online and someone quickly asked if they could help. They sent me all in stock cars that met my criteria in an email so didn’t have to deal with slow website. Then I said I’d set up appointment in the next week or so depending on weather since I drove 4 hrs. Set up appt promptly. The rep greeted me at the door and from there all went like clockwork!

The vehicle was immediately made available. We test drove the second vehicle with our sales associate Nick and he was awesome. He made the process very easy and didn't pressure us. Financing portion of transaction took WAY too long. We communicated that time was limited, but felt that request was ignored. We expressed a preference for paying cash, so it was very unreasonable. Dealing with Cezanne Martin was a joy, and she did her best to extract us from the financing piece of the deal.

Dan was absolutely AMAZING! I had talked to at least 3 dealers/sales people before I got to him; one stopped replying and the other two put in no effort to actually help. However, when I got contacted by Dan, he was with me from start to finish and so on! Literally, he answered EVERY SINGLE QUESTION and I feel so bad for the guy, I know I drove him crazy haha. I can't thank him enough for all of his help and support. This was a whole new experience for me and definitely a nerve racking one. Walking into the dealership, I wasn't sure if it was going to be the same feeling and to my surprise, the same treatment carried on. The other staff was very helpful, nice, and respectful! As a customer with little knowledge about the car buying process I was intimidated coming into my appointment, but I immediately felt welcomed, encouraged, and informed through each of the steps of the process during my meeting with Amanda. In addition to helping match me with the perfect car, a 2022 Toyota Camry, she helped me get acquainted with the features of the car, scheduled the rust-proofing with a very fast turnaround so it would be done before I started my new job, and even overnighted the shipment of my license plates when they were sent to the wrong address weeks later.
