Recently purchased a vehicle from Carlson Toyota and the process went extremely smooth. All started out with Howard who was open, upfront and transparent. He got whatever inspection documentation requested, showed videos of the vehicle when the dealership was doing the inspection and even set up for me to be able to walk under the vehicle to make sure it wasn't going to give any surprise issues in the near future. Howard even came in on his day off to make sure my questions or concerns were addressed. If he didn't know, he'd take the extra step and make sure it was answered appropriately. The process started with Howard and he did a great job at making you feel comfortable and if the car wasn't a fit then it didn't fit. I'd definitely purchase another vehicle from them again and I'll ask for Howard to be my sales consultant hands down.

Financing portion of transaction took WAY too long. We communicated that time was limited, but felt that request was ignored. We expressed a preference for paying cash, so it was very unreasonable. Dealing with Cezanne Martin was a joy, and she did her best to extract us from the financing piece of the deal.

My sales consultant Amanda Hoffman went above and beyond to help me find the right vehicle and has provided lots of support in the weeks following my new car purchase. As a customer with little knowledge about the car buying process I was intimidated coming into my appointment, but I immediately felt welcomed, encouraged, and informed through each of the steps of the process during my meeting with Amanda. In addition to helping match me with the perfect car, a 2022 Toyota Camry, she helped me get acquainted with the features of the car, scheduled the rust-proofing with a very fast turnaround so it would be done before I started my new job, and even overnighted the shipment of my license plates when they were sent to the wrong address weeks later.
