I had an amazing experience purchasing my Hyundai Palisade ! Austin was my salesperson and was so accommodating and patient with all of my questions ! He even let us take it home to see if it would fit in the Garage space ! The Test drive was so easy and my friend and I got to try it out ! The staff is so kind and Is a top priority ! They filled the take up and started the car and had it running for all test drives ! The General Manager Tom was so fun and helpful ! Luther Burnsville VW handled the registration and plates, which was super convenient. I had more fun doing paperwork with Megan Cooley in Finance than I would have thought possible too! After purchase I took the car I bought to a shop I've worked with before just for a second set of eyes, and they agreed the car was a good buy and in good shape. I'm satisfied.

Tim was great to work with. He is knowledgeable, patient and friendly. He kept me updated on the status of the car I was purchasing from when it was being built to shipping to arrival. The paper work on the day of purchase went smoothly and he took a lot of time going over all the features in the car which was very helpful since my previous car was a 2011 and had none of the safety features that cars have today. Purchasing a car from Tim was a very positive experience!
