I had an amazing experience purchasing my Hyundai Palisade ! Austin was my salesperson and was so accommodating and patient with all of my questions ! He even let us take it home to see if it would fit in the Garage space ! The Test drive was so easy and my friend and I got to try it out ! The staff is so kind and Is a top priority ! They filled the take up and started the car and had it running for all test drives ! The General Manager Tom was so fun and helpful ! My family, friends and I only purchase or lease our Nissans from Kirk Rose at Eden Prairie Nissan. I just leased my brand new quick and nimble Rogue and completely love it because I am saving a ton of money because the mpg is close to double more than I was getting with my truck. And I don't loose much cargo space because the back is very spacious. Especially because the rear seats fold down. Our list of vehicles from Kirk so far: My friend Maxima, my sister Frontier, my mother Rogue, my brother in law Frontier, my sister Altima and myself 17' Rogue & 24' Rogue. We go and see Mr. Rose for all of our Nissan needs because of his extensive vehicle knowledge and amazing customer service. Thanks for helping all of us. We will be back!

I can’t say a bad word about the dealership or Helton or Christian. These two gentlemen did all they could to speed up the process. They knew I had a 3 1/2 hour drive ahead of me. Very professional both men. I had a great experience knowing it was the last day of the year and probably the busiest day of the year. These two gentlemen and the dealership should be commanded for the work they did under a lot of pressure. If only we could cut all the paperwork. I felt as though I was buying a new home with all the paperwork. Think of how many more customers they could accommodate if it weren’t for the hour of paperwork on one individual. These men and the dealership are worthy of 5 out of 5 stars. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the tech that navigated my new vehicle ‘s interior and exterior. I am sorry I can’t recall his name, but he was very knowledgeable, and that was a great help because there were many new features that were different from my trade in. In all a very good experience. I would definitely recommend.

Tim was great to work with. He is knowledgeable, patient and friendly. He kept me updated on the status of the car I was purchasing from when it was being built to shipping to arrival. The paper work on the day of purchase went smoothly and he took a lot of time going over all the features in the car which was very helpful since my previous car was a 2011 and had none of the safety features that cars have today. Purchasing a car from Tim was a very positive experience!
