Kris Fox was so genuine and helpful! It didn’t feel like dealing with a sales person. It’s so refreshing to talk to someone who can just be themselves and not feel like it’s a forced personality. Out of all of the dealerships we had gone to which included other Toyota and Honda specific dealerships he was the first one to actually print us out and show us not only the Carfax but also the vehicles, Maintenance history and what they specifically did to the vehicle. It’s great to see that this dealership doesn’t just put money into creating a nice environment, but they actually put it into the cars that they are selling, especially the used cars. I had looked at several other used cars before coming here and I was so thoroughly disappointed at how terrible the condition was for some of them. I saw so much stained interior, dirt and debris left inside of vehicles as well as some larger damage like cracked tail lights and larger spots of rust. The oldest used car we had looked at was only a 2017 so it was crazy to see these big name dealerships letting people drive vehicles that had no care put into them and didn’t even bother to give us service records. Talking with Kris was a breath of fresh air and I felt a bit negative going into the test drive since I had already driven several cars and knew what I liked and he was the first two fairly go through the service records to ensure it is a sound vehicle, which made us feel a lot better about the pricing and we were able to negotiate to a number that we all liked.
