Very disappointing experience with the service department. My car is under warranty, and I scheduled an oil change. When I arrived, the service advisor never looked up my vehicle or warranty infor department. My car is under warranty, and I scheduled an oil change. When I arrived, the service advisor never looked up my vehicle or warranty information and simply quoted me a price without explaining what was covered or discussing any recommended maintenance. When the service was finished, I was only told to pay at the cashier. No one reviewed the work performed or explained anything about my vehicle. My car looked exactly as I had left it, with no visible signs that it had been serviced. In the past, the service team would review my vehicle's history and recommend any maintenance needed. This visit lacked communication and attention to customer service. I expected much better. More
