Well to be a 100% honest when talking to them about a vehicle over phone or email it was amazing very informative so we end up going and test driving the vehicle it was 2 hour drive but I find the right truck so went there test drove it was in really great condition had a little squeak from belt on engine but it was cold out! So ended up going and buying the truck very happy still had that squeak but told it was also a new belt, So drove it home thinking it would go away!! So far it's just gotten worse squeaking more and more it seems like, so I bought it on a Friday and by Monday it's driving me nuts!! Called the dealer ship Monday told them it had a squeak that won't stop now and looking at the belt it doesn't look new to me there are no numbers on it looks worn down??? Got told that they talked to the mechanic he did replace the belt and I should just go to the auto parts store and buy some belt spray and just spray that on there??? I'm sorry but when I spend over 20 thousands on a vehicle used or not I shouldn't be told to go to an auto parts store and just spray the belt in my eyes I shouldn't have to open that hood for anything,it went through your shop got the ok supposedly replaced somethings and now making a constant squeaking sound when running and I should just go buy some spray to fix my truck I've had for 3 days and only reason it took me that long to get a hold of them it was the weekend!!! Very disappointed to say the least in the service after the sale, you spend that kind of money biggest purchase I've ever made besides my house and to get that as a response......
