My sales experience was excellent. Key-La always does goodbye me. We purchased four cars from you in the last six months. However, this vehicle was delivered to me with scratches all on the hood. The inside of the vehicle was very slovenly. And the tires needed balancing. Horribly it drives terrible. I got it balanced, and I got it aligned. So whoever was on the Star program lease before this Was doing some serious offloading with this thing. You might wanna take a look at that. Or they were bouncing around hitting curbs. And the garage didn’t bother to balance the tires or check the alignment. I spent about 300 on that to get that done from someplace else. But the sales situation was great, but the delivery of the vehicle sucked.

Well to be a 100% honest when talking to them about a vehicle over phone or email it was amazing very informative so we end up going and test driving the vehicle it was 2 hour drive but I find the right truck so went there test drove it was in really great condition had a little squeak from belt on engine but it was cold out! So ended up going and buying the truck very happy still had that squeak but told it was also a new belt, So drove it home thinking it would go away!! So far it's just gotten worse squeaking more and more it seems like, so I bought it on a Friday and by Monday it's driving me nuts!! Called the dealer ship Monday told them it had a squeak that won't stop now and looking at the belt it doesn't look new to me there are no numbers on it looks worn down??? Got told that they talked to the mechanic he did replace the belt and I should just go to the auto parts store and buy some belt spray and just spray that on there??? I'm sorry but when I spend over 20 thousands on a vehicle used or not I shouldn't be told to go to an auto parts store and just spray the belt in my eyes I shouldn't have to open that hood for anything,it went through your shop got the ok supposedly replaced somethings and now making a constant squeaking sound when running and I should just go buy some spray to fix my truck I've had for 3 days and only reason it took me that long to get a hold of them it was the weekend!!! Very disappointed to say the least in the service after the sale, you spend that kind of money biggest purchase I've ever made besides my house and to get that as a response......

bought a 2016 Chevy duramax 3500 for $30,000.00 1 month ago and has had everything that could go wrong with this truck has went wrong. Now it needs head gasket and a rear end and they have turned me away for service after telling me what’s weomg with. Now head gaskets will cost $5,000.00-$8,000.00 Rear, another $5000.00 These people are thief’s, they should have never had this truck on the lot with all these problems. My truck was with them for a week and half with them figuring it out and then they turned me away for threatening a lawyer. Wolves in sheep’s clothing. I’m 29 and self employed now I have to pay for this so I can sell it. STEER CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP.

We brought our vehicle there for a recall repair and they gave it back to us with front end damage after only having it for a few hours. They refused to repair or accept any responsibility for it while it was in their care. Not only was the bumper scraped and cracked, but license plate was torn in half. It had obviously been in a collision with another vehicle or stationary object.
