8/29/24 - Another 5 stars if I could give the service center 10. We were in a pinch and the service centers near our house were backed up for a few weeks. Spirit Ford was able to fit us and solve our issue. Sam Witte is a rock star! I would highly recommend their service department. The transmission gave out on my truck on the freeway near Dundee about 30 miles from our home. Sam Witte was our service rep and he was incredibly responsive, helpful and empathetic during this challenging and frustrating time. They completed the work before we expected and Sam worked with Ford Customer Service to help offset my out of pocket cost. Thank you Spirit Ford and Sam!

I came in 3/31/25 for my 30,000 mile maintenance on my car. I purchased my car here 3 yrs ago and have received all maintenance from this location. The process was streamline and efficient. The staff is always professional and courteous. I loved the video and text received during service that allowed me to approve new filters for my car. I relayed my experience to the staff where I work (VA Medical Center) in our weekly meeting the next day. The supervisor said, "What dealership is this?" and the staff was impressed by my experience. We all strive for this kind of exemplary customer service. I cannot single out a specific employee because ALL of the staff I have dealt with over the last three years are exceptional. Thank you!

This is the best dealership I ever purchased a car from. Mickaela was the best saleswoman I’ve ever dealt with. She is very knowledgeable about the cars and answered any questions I had. I purchased the cat from her. After 1 1\2 years I needed service. As the appointment neared I had an unexpected health issued and was going to cancel. Mickaela picked my car and delivered it to my home. That’s after purchase service. The service department is very good and makes sure you are satisfied.

I had an issue with the speed limiter control on my 2018 Jaguar E-Pace and took my car to the Jaguar Dealership in the Troy Motor Mall in Troy, Michigan. The Service Department, especially service advisor Jeffrey and his immediate superior, spent a lot of time and effort inspecting and testing the car, reading and analyzing the software engineering codes, and working with me so that I would feel comfortable and safe operating the car. Jeffrey even took the car home with him overnight to experience different driving conditions. My issue was resolved, and I am extremely grateful to Jaguar Troy and give them “Five Stars.”

I purchased a Mercedes Benz 2015 CLA recently online. Excited to get my vehicle, but still I couldn’t help but notice my left headlight was not in the best of conditions after I had purchased it. Safe to say I met with Shawn E. Durham in October of 2023 at the Mercedes Benz Auto Mall and he accessed my entire vehicle in little to no time. Identifying every intricate detail regarding not only the damage caused to my headlight but he also brought to my attention that my subframe and steering rack was bent. Now after hearing this I was completely unaware of such repair being needed. But rest assure, he did not fail to meet every need required to repair my car. I received a phone call from him Dec. 6 2023 that my vehicle had received all the listed repairs and that the vehicle had been completed serviced. Shawn is not only an excellent Service Advisor, he’s dependable; You can rely on him to get your job done.
