6-27-2024: I went in with our 2018 Kia Soul, for the ignition lock security upgrade. For this particular visit; our experience was 5 star. John Czarniak, the Service Advisor, "rolled out the red carpet", and treated us like family. Our car was done sooner than expected, and we were happy to have the security upgrade. While I was in the write up area, I noticed that the several mechanical techs working on the cars all seemed to be working hard to get the cars done, and out. Our service experience was great.

It was an okay visit. Just got my oil changed but I specifically asked for my tires to be filled and Elisa even wrote it on the maintenance checklist for the service department...but they never filled my tires & they never even filled out the checklist like they're supposed to...checking off all the things they looked at & completed while my car was back there. Of course I didn't know my tires weren't done until I was on the freeway a few miles away. I called & talked to Elisa and she offered to have me come back...but forget that. I shouldn't have to. Had they even looked at the checklist & completed it...this wouldn't have been missed. Elisa was nice enough to offer me a credit on my account for next time due to the trouble. She is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 3.

I purchased a 2015 used Jeep from them. They indicated that the vehicle passed their safety inspection, which is on the sticker. Well, Chrysler informed me when I took it in for service there are two critical safety recalls. Please be very careful if you buy a used vehicle from them, they may be selling unsafe vehicles. One of the safety recalls was the vehicle could move with a door open. I am not sure about you, but, I do not want one of my children to fall to the ground because someone was too lazy to ensure their vehicles are safe! Please, go to another dealer.

Our Subaru of Ann Arbor shopping experience was an absolute nightmare. We were left feeling completely disenchanted with the whole car-buying process. We knew we could never set foot in that dealership again. However, our quest for a new car was not yet over. So, the very next day, we set out on a mission to find our dream vehicle. Our first stop was KIA of Jackson. As soon as we test drove the 2023 KIA Seltos, we knew we had found a winner. This car had everything we were looking for - great price, spaciousness, and comfort. We left KIA of Jackson to explore a few other dealerships, but nothing could match the feeling we had driving that KIA Seltos. Without hesitation, we returned to KIA of Jackson to seal the deal with Jerry Marshall. The staff at KIA of Jackson were simply amazing. Unlike our previous experience, they didn't try to deceive us with double talk or manipulate us with lies. They didn't push us to buy a bogus lifetime warranty or mess with our financing. Instead, they went above and beyond to get us the best possible deal, better than our own bank could offer us. Their service department was knowledgeable and always ready to help. They truly made the car-buying experience enjoyable again. We left KIA of Jackson feeling grateful and satisfied. They turned a horrendous shopping experience into a fantastic one. My wife and I have been leasing a new Kia through Nichole - Don

My wife and I have been leasing a new Kia through Nichole Vandendries at Kia of Grand Blanc for our last 3 leases. Granted, we live a good couple hundred miles from Kia of Grand Blanc, where there are two other dealers considerably closer, but neither of those could match the price as well as Nichole's help in arranging everything that needed to be done to make it all come together. Her help and professionalism really can't be beat from all the other dealers we have dealt with over the years.

Jordan was amazing, I had been looking for a 2023 Kia Sportage Hybrid and Oklahoma doesn't have them yet. I called dozens of other dealers from the West Coast to the East Coast and Jordan was the only salesperson that was all over it. LaFontaine Kia of Dearborn didn't have a crazy ridiculous Market Increase on the vehicle and it was within reason. They had what I was looking for and made the deal happen. Jordan arranged for transport and everything was a 10 Star Performance. He was available and still is if I have any questions or need anything at all! Would definitely purchase from him again!
