Very disappointed in my visit this week. I went in for an oil change/tire rotation that is covered by a plan I bought when I bought the car. No problem there at all. I recently returned from a long trip & had an issue with the car while on the trip. I called the dealership hopefully to describe the problem & see if I needed to take more immediate action. Couldn’t get through to service so I contacted sales who told me he’d get the message to service immediately. I never heard back from anyone. So I asked the service department to fix that problem. My car is still under warranty. The service advisor commented on the 100K bumper-bumper warranty but then told me it would cost me $200 just to diagnose the problem. The problem was a broken sensor, not covered under the warranty because it’s on the exterior of the car. Then it’s not bumper-bumper is it? I have a problem with that and since it doesn’t affect the operation of the car I opted not to fix it. I paid almost $500 to get an oil change & filter I’d already paid for, 2 filters(air & cabin)and to diagnose a problem. I place a high value on customer service. Not impressed with what I saw More

They took me in when every other Kia Dealership tried to play games with me. 10 out of 10. They were kind they kept me up-to-date about everything that was going on. Did not do all they could to try to find out what was wrong with the car. Did not even put car on computer analyst to see what could be wrong, that is why I was not charged anything for the car being the wrong with the car. Called the service associate 3 times with no call backs. Found out when I picked the car up, that she does not have access to her voice mails. Not very professional. More
