Dave was incredibly patient and helpful during our time working with him. This was our first time leasing/turning in a lease. He offered options in all 3 categories and anytime we aired a concern, he listened and offered his input. At no time did we feel pressured during the process, and having been to several dealerships where this wasn't our experience, I am so grateful. Dave was direct and to the point about his concerns and considerations with the cars we were interested in. When our initial option was off the table due to engine concerns, he quickly and efficiently offered us other options that fit what we were looking for. I think most people know what the typical "car salesman" can be like but Dave is anything but your typical salesman. While I hope I don't have any reason to work with him soon, I'm so happy to know he will be there when we need him. More
