No problems with the work done, but they did the rear brakes I only told them I wanted fronts,and added an oil change I didn't need. I got my car back dirty, Tires covered in mounting greese hand prints everywhere. I spent 2,600 and was disappointed, poor form if you ask me. Everywhere I've ever gone they give you your car back clean.

Ricky Bartels and the whole team have saved me twice now! A couple years ago I needed a new vehicle. They were able to get me financing on a vehicle that was not only perfect for my needs, but one that I loved! And when there came a major issue with the vehicle, they fixed it, and made sure that my warranty covered it (saving me about $4500 or more). A couple months ago I was T-boned it it totaled my vehicle (which I am still making payments on), which left me with having to drive my classic car that not only needs some work, but is also not a winter vehicle. I ended up with frostbite on both of my feet because my classic car has no heat. I had stopped in and told Ricky what happened, and he generously has been helping me through the insurance paperwork. Last week I was looking on their website, and one vehicle caught my eye. It was within my price range (although right now I really can't afford anything). I stopped in to speak with Rick about it, but he steered me into another vehicle that would be more dependable. He knows that I am disabled, and I have animals that I sometimes need to transport safely. The sales price wasn't too much, it was actually too low to even get financing on. So the dealership said that they would do in-house financing for me. This was on Friday evening, and I hadn't brought any of the paperwork for my old vehicle with me. So we agreed that I would come in on Saturday morning and we could complete the transaction then. Ricky even came and picked me up at my house to bring me back to the dealership. The team even took quite a bit off of the sales price for me because I have been going through so much and am low income. I tell everybody I know about Town & Country Sales and Service, and how much they have helped me! And I will continue to do so. They will be getting repeat business from me as well!

I purchased a 2012 escape from this dealership about a month ago. The test drive went well even for one with a stick transmission. I saw no problems and bought the car with a cashier's check. Within a couple days I could see an oil stain under it and the shifter never would engage consistently. Plus there was a squeaking belt that developed. I will probably end up selling it

Brought my 2024 Bronco Wildtrak deluxe 2 dr in for service. Oil changed was promptly accommodated so then drove over to the write up area for a recurring issue. Scheduled next day appointment. Brought in said vehicle for inspection to find the issue. Part was ordered and install scheduled. Part promptly arrive in a day. Came in for the repair.. Technician quickly made the repair, checked all systems and levels .. issue resolved under warranty with my cost of a part. FREEDOM, my named Bronco is bucking and raring to roam. Thank you to the entire Service Team from write-up to the Technician to the supplier of coffee to the Cashier. Crest is my small town Big Service Ford Dealer. All of the staff is competent and friendly. However, your customer paid labor rate of $175 per hour from a cursory review appears to be on the high end. I was charged one hour to replace a rear wiper motor. At least I could have been charged at tge internal labor rate as I was trading the old lease car in.
