But today was a really special day because my wonderful dealer made my daughter lifelong dream of owning a Mustang Mach E a reality. Excellent Service every time never to busy to listen and answer questions in detail. Honestly each encounter I have experienced has been fantastic. She relaxes all my anxieties the minute I sit across from her. I always feel that to her each customer is like family by the kindness which comes through with every word she has spoken. There are just too many overall qualities for me to state regarding her. I hope she reads this and knows she enabled this senior citizen to experience overwhelming joy with my 3 purchases. I am blessed and know being her customer is the best blessing which could be bestowed on me as a senior citizen

No problems with the work done, but they did the rear brakes I only told them I wanted fronts,and added an oil change I didn't need. I got my car back dirty, Tires covered in mounting greese hand prints everywhere. I spent 2,600 and was disappointed, poor form if you ask me. Everywhere I've ever gone they give you your car back clean.

I was vacationing in the area when my rear window was broken by stones from another vehicle. I called to see if a replacement window might be available while I was in town. It was not. Rick Bartels was very accommodating and professional. He had the service/body shop wrap my window with a temporary film to get me to where I was going. Great job by all there. The wrap was done so that it stood up to a couple thunderstorms without leaking and there is no noise on the interstate while driving. I would highly recommend.

I purchased a 2012 escape from this dealership about a month ago. The test drive went well even for one with a stick transmission. I saw no problems and bought the car with a cashier's check. Within a couple days I could see an oil stain under it and the shifter never would engage consistently. Plus there was a squeaking belt that developed. I will probably end up selling it
