They were able to get me financing on a vehicle that was not only perfect for my needs, but one that I l A couple years ago I needed a new vehicle. And when there came a major issue with the vehicle, they fixed it, and made sure that my warranty covered it (saving me about $4500 or more). A couple months ago I was T-boned it it totaled my vehicle (which I am still making payments on), which left me with having to drive my classic car that not only needs some work, but is also not a winter vehicle. I ended up with frostbite on both of my feet because my classic car has no heat. I had stopped in and told Ricky what happened, and he generously has been helping me through the insurance paperwork. Last week I was looking on their website, and one vehicle caught my eye. It was within my price range (although right now I really can't afford anything). I stopped in to speak with Rick about it, but he steered me into another vehicle that would be more dependable. He knows that I am disabled, and I have animals that I sometimes need to transport safely. The sales price wasn't too much, it was actually too low to even get financing on. So the dealership said that they would do in-house financing for me. This was on Friday evening, and I hadn't brought any of the paperwork for my old vehicle with me. So we agreed that I would come in on Saturday morning and we could complete the transaction then. Ricky even came and picked me up at my house to bring me back to the dealership. The team even took quite a bit off of the sales price for me because I have been going through so much and am low income. I tell everybody I know about Town & Country Sales and Service, and how much they have helped me! And I will continue to do so. They will be getting repeat business from me as well! More

I was in search of a new f150 and this dealership was the worst one I ever worked with. I started with one salesman that kept asking the same questions. I guess that one got let go and they set me up with an worst one I ever worked with. I started with one salesman that kept asking the same questions. I guess that one got let go and they set me up with another salesman and he kept asking me the same questions I was asked 10 times already. They then set me up with the sales manager and he was worse and never answered the questions I had. After 2 days of waiting for a response I finally told him I was not working with this dealership. A week later I drove to Madison and bought my brand new lariat I was in search of. More

Great service when passing through town I was vacationing in the area when my rear window was broken by stones from another vehicle. I called to see if a replacement window might be available while I was in town. It was not. Rick Bartels was very accommodating and professional. He had the service/body shop wrap my window with a temporary film to get me to where I was going. Great job by all there. The wrap was done so that it stood up to a couple thunderstorms without leaking and there is no noise on the interstate while driving. I would highly recommend. More

There are people that tell you not to go to the dealerships because of pricing I am telling you not to go to this dealership due to the rudness of their service team!! They dont stand behind the pr dealerships because of pricing I am telling you not to go to this dealership due to the rudness of their service team!! They dont stand behind the product that they sell and they almost blamed me for the car not starting after they had worked on it and supposidly fixed the issue!! I am very disappointed in their attitude and recommend that if you want to get quality warrenty work do not go to them for service!! More
