As a former sales person myself, I appreciate a low key presentation that allows me to do my own evaluation, form some impressions, and yet is available to answer any questions I may have about the product. J.C. fulfilled this role perfectly. I brought my own "expert" to assist me and J.C. acknowledged his expertise and provided any additional information he requested about the vehicle. After our test drive he presented a few other options and we took another test drive (in a different vehicle) and discussed the results. I was not able to conclude the transaction that day and he was respectful of my decision (I hate a high pressure sales presentation) and he was respectful of my position. We made arrangements for me to call the next day with a final decision. After I decided to make the purchase we then made arrangements to finalize the transaction a few days later as I had other commitments. J.C. was knowledgeable about financing options and patient with my questions (I ask a lot of questions) We ran through several possibilities and concluded the purchase to my satisfaction. The "in person" contacts were professional and he followed through on each commitment that required e-mail contact. The showroom and sales offices were immaculate, attractive, and comfortable. The service areas looked just as good though I have no present experience with the staff or their performance in the backshop. So far so good. The highest compliment a customer can give is to return again for another purchase and at this point, I would certainly take my business back to J. C. Cooper.

Bought a used vehicle, signed paperwork, went home, received a call from Finance person, telling me that the bank I went through wasnt giving me enough money. We need to go through a different bank, this was the end of October 2020. Early December Feeny sends me a text, they are sending a driver with the title, because they failed to have us sign it at the time of purchase. I called Feeny on December 31 asking where is this title. Promised will get back with me that day. It is now Jan. 5, 2021 still no call back and no title. Don't tell me there is a pandemic going on. My son purchased a used vehicle (different dealership) had his title 1 1/2 weeks after he signed papers. No excuse for this.

Answered all our questions in the timely manner and was honest and upfront about everything. I went to 2 other dealerships and found Szott M59 Jeep to have the best price from day one. Other dealers wanted to negotiate price down and still did not get to same price at Szott. We knew the exact car we wanted and they were able to find and deliver on our fast timeline. Very happy with our purchase and would recommend Ben.

My salesperson, Dylan, was so knowledgeable about the Jeep brand, actually listened to exactly what I wanted in a car, was super patient and helpful with all my questions, was very transparent throughout the process, and followed up to see how things were going after the purchase. He even went above and beyond scheduling an in person meeting with me a week after the purchase to answer more questions I had. Rob and Sara on the finance side were exceptional, too. The facility is immaculate and the waiting area has exceptional amenities. Overall everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, and very committed to making sure I got what I want, my questions were answered, and that I was super happy with my purchase and the total experience. I LOVE my new Jeep Grand Cherokee, will only go to this dealership from now on, and will be recommending this dealership to everyone I know.
