Dave was respectful and professional and went out of his way to help me traverse the nerve-racking trail of switching insurance companies and paying off a previous car loan. Most relaxing experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I inquired about a 2008 Ford Explorer for sale online. Bobby got right back in touch with me with actual details about the car-not just “it’s a good car come on over” blanket statement that I received from other dealers. We stopped in to take a look at the vehicle and Bobby remembered my inquiry (from a week ago) and got the keys and plates for us right away to test drive. There was no pressure at all to buy the car or that gimmicky “cars salesman lingo” (if you know, you know!) just honest conversation about the car. I have been buying cars for some time and the difference here is Bobby took time with us to share everything he knows about the cars history, even calling the previous owner for some of our questions. I had not had that experience before. Bobby made this process very easy, quick and stress free- couldn’t ask for a better experience. I 1000% recommend this dealership.

Recently purchased a 2024 Toyota Rav 4 from Toyota of Watertown. Initially, I wanted a Ruby Red Flare Rav 4 but after seeing the car in person, decided I liked the Magnetic Gray Metallic color better. After I realized this, I contact the Kenny Wright who is one of the sale managers there. He kindly agreed to sell me the car with the color I wanted even though he had to order the Ruby Red Rav and it was already delivered to his dealership. I have bought several Toyotas in the past and Kenny was the most patient, fair and responsive sales manager I have ever dealt with. Also, the finance manager Marat Alaverdian was pleasant to deal with. He explained all the paperwork thoroughly and did not pressure me to buy anything extra I did not want. If you are looking to purchase a Toyota, definitely call Toyota of Watertown and ask for Kenny Wright; he is the BEST!
