Everything was ok. I just wish my cell could have a good connection with my car. Since I bough this car , it never worked well. Toyota said I have to pay if my car needs to update the system. I shouldn’t pay for something that never worked well. My cell aways disconnect and sometimes is connected with no audio…it drives me crazy!

This is my eight Volvo. The dealership I purchased the others closed a few years ago. I went to Danvers Volvo for my last Volvo. From the moment I picked up the car I had so many issues and the service is department was horrible. Due to the poor treatment and lack of of appreciation of my being a loyal Volvo owner for 25+ years I had decided as soon as I could I would return my lease and purchased a different make of car. About a month before I was to turn my car in I had a small issue. I had no intention of giving Danvers Volvo any more business so I called Jaffarian Volvo . The Best Decision I made. I was seen that day. While waiting I took a walk around the show floor. I meet Jamie and told him that I had no intention of getting a new Volvo and the reason. He wasn’t pushy but we looked at the new cars. The service was amazing. A bout a week later I decided that I should revisit Jaffarain and called Jaime to make an appt. Jamie asked what I wanted and told me he would send me info on what was on the lot. With in a half hour I had all the info I needed. A few days later I got my new Volvo. Today I returned to Jaffarian Volvo for my 10,000 mile service. I called on Monday and was able to get an appt in two days. I cannot say enough good things about the service member Jonathan . He was so easy to deal with and he kept me updated on my service. I am thrilled I am still a Volvo owner and looking forward to a long relationship with Jaffarian Volvo. If you are looking for a Volvo I would highly recommend Jaffarian Volvo.

Sarah in a friendly and professional way not only informed me no appointment was need but also suggested Tuesday after 1 pm was a great time to come and be out very quickly! Thanks to Sarah friendly and professional advise guided to a very quick State Inspection. Greeted by Joie Mullen, our trusted service adviser Inspection wait time was minimal! Years when I was on the road flying out Sunday night and returning Friday night Herb Connolly Chevrolet always help my wife care for our two cars in a way that made her safe and secure. Trusted service advisors, e.g. Joie Mullen, is the major reason for our dealership selection and continued patronage. Joie is our current service contact with at this dealership and has been extremely helpful. Always feel when I leave the dealership that the service was performed correctly and Service Advisors, e.g. Joie Mullen pay personnel attention to every service detail. Joie is truly a credit to the Herb Connolly dealership. After the sale service is the key!

Always a pleasure to see the friendly, courteous staff at Jannell Ford in Hanover. They take the time to listen and then ensure I understand clearly what has been done w my car. I do not see the mechanics but appreciate their attention to my car maintenance needs. The wait time is never longer than I am told it will be and the customer waiting area keeps me comfortable as I wait. My service advisor Billy kept me apprised of the process throughout my wait.

Una larga espera innecesaria, mas de tres horas solo para el cambio de una goma, teniendo una cita previa y habiendo entrado mi carro desde que llegué al taller desde que llegué. Un día antes había ido encargaron la goma para el día siguiente y no fueron capas de llamar para decirme que ya estaba ahí la goma, sabiendo estaba usando una repuesta, tuve yo que llamar, ponían en espera, me pasaban de línea en línea, me cerraban la llamada, cuando pregunté por qué hacen eso, me dijeron que no había quien hablara en español, me encontré extraño por qué las últimas tres personas que me dejaban en espera y cerraban la llamada hablaban en español. No es justo jueguen con el tiempo de las personas.

Earlier this year, I decided to trade my 2021 Tucson Ultimate for the 2024 Tucson XRT. Initially, I wasn’t quite sure I had made the right choice since a few features I enjoyed in the Ultimate weren’t available in the XRT. However, after undergoing hip surgery, my perspective shifted completely. The XRT’s running boards (which the Ultimate didn’t have) made getting into the SUV so much easier post-surgery—an absolute game changer for me! I had my first scheduled service appointment a few days ago, and I must say, Jeffrey White and Frank Williamson were both incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s not easy to find such excellent service these days. Jeff took the time to thoroughly explain my service options, especially given my vehicle's low mileage. I was in and out quickly, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. This service department truly knows how to keep their customers happy and satisfied.

This is the place to go! Fantastic service department. They solved an issue that was almost a year old and a prior Jeep dealer couldnt fix wouldnt fix and was lazy and started to destroy my vehicle instead of fix it. Nuno and Justin were great to work with and helped me a ton along the way. I think it took 3 or 4 appointments and multiple days of them having my GC but they FIXED IT perfectly and the price was amazing. This is my go to now for my GC.
