The store has excellent and very efficient service, the reception staff are very helpful and communicative, I left the car for a Honda warranty repair, the repair was done successfully and the car is working very well, however when I got home I noticed the lack of many clips in the lower part of my bumper and even in the internal part, nothing that will affect the efficiency of the car but for such a reputable store could be more careful with the customer's car, when looking inside the front grille for the new capacitor the wire that connected to it and went inside the car was loose, it was not nailed in the proper places for support, I needed to take a branch to fit the wire in the supports and finally a rubber apparently side protection inside the front grille of the car is also now loose, and it was not like that before.

5 Stars – Tim Colbert at Silko Honda made the difference I just bought my 2025 Honda Civic Hybrid Sport Touring and had to drop a review for Tim Colbert and Nick (initial internet sales contact) along with the team at Silko Honda. I drove all the way from Rhode Island to Raynham, MA just to work with them — and it was 100% worth it. The reason? My local dealerships kept playing games with pricing. I’d ask for the out-the-door number, and I’d still end up getting vague answers or pressure tactics. Tim and the crew at Silko were a breath of fresh air — honest, upfront, and super knowledgeable. From the moment I reached out, Tim made me feel like a priority. No pressure, no shady upsells, no dealer fluff like VIN etching or scotch guard. Just straight-up answers and help every step of the way. The whole buying process was smooth, quick, and totally stress-free. His patience answering my questions on service and cost on my car have always been greatly appreciated. My only complaint is the lack of sandwiches, donuts, and orange juice in the waiting area.

Bought a Pilot here but the salesperson is no longer there. He did a great job and Kevin helped finish the deal. I thought the price was fair considering how tight inventory was and we were time sensitive on needing to get things done. Kylie did a great job going through packages and options without being aggressive. I added a service plan since I already service here. The service dept shines here and I highly recommend Emmanuel as service advisor. He breaks things down and is honest with what you need to do now and what can wait. I like this dealership a lot and met with Darryl about buying another Pilot but my wife isn’t ready to let go yet. I expect we will buy another car here in the future, especially if the Pilot finally gets the 12.9 screen upgrade.

I was very concerned because I rely on my GPS. He was able to trouble shoot my issue and correct the problem. He was professional, friendly, very patient and most of all kind! About a month or 2 ago I had came in contact with one of the sales representatives Kayla cadogan while she was on break she harassed me and my boyfriend spit on my car window she was also jumping in front and in the back of my car while I was trying to leave and assaulted my boyfriend and her reason behind it was apparently because I don’t know how to drive which I am a new driver but I don’t understand why someone would do all that over me fixing my parking. I called to tell the manager and nothing was done about it and she still works there like it never happened.

While dropping off her CRV at Bedard’s in Cheshire last Monday, my wife took more time than usual to come out of the building. When she opened my car door, she said, “You’ve got to see this car.” We’d been talking about possibly buying a new vehicle soon, but I thought perhaps in the fall. She wanted me to see the red Honda CRV Hybrid Sport L on the show room floor. Well, I couldn’t disagree with her—it was a sharp-looking, comfortable hybrid, which I particularly liked. While she drove me to work, she asked what I thought. I told her I liked it, and we agreed that she go back and speak with Jarod, the service manager we’ve gotten to know and trust over the past 13+ years. Jarod introduced my wife to salesman Hayden, who wasn’t pushy (you don’t push my wife). By the end of the day, my wife was driving home in her new Honda Hybrid, I was following in my new (her former) CRV, and we retired another Honda after ten years of service to our family. We appreciate Honda’s quality products and are loyal Bedard customers; they’ve earned our loyalty.
