I had my Acura MDX serviced today at Ira Acura of Westwood. Marc Cesare greeted me immediately and quickly checked me and told me it would be 60-90 minutes. The process was quick, and Marc was efficient, pleasant and professional. Clearly my technician (Emily Rappa)was very efficient as my car was ready in less than an hour. During this time, Marc made sure I knew how to contact him if I had any questions. The check out process was quick and I was on my way. I am extremely pleased with the service here and actually do not mind coming in for service. Looking forward to working with Marc in the future.

Friendly staff. Reasonably costs for repairs. Dealer does not come up with suddenly surprise costs! I feel coming here is ok given how costly everything is nowadays.

I purchased my 2024 Acura RDX on October 22nd and have been very satisfied with the purchase. When I arrived to Metro West Acura I had no intention to purchase the RDX on that day. My sales Rep Stephanie Pimental was so helpful and professional answering all my questions and request that I end up making the deal. Feeling confident that I made the correct decision.
