Initially, things went well. I was encouraged and promised that the “full” cost of my previous lease would be covered in order to make the deal happen. However, they only issued part of the payment and declined to provide the remaining balance. I had multiple conversations with both a sales representative and someone from finance, and I clearly explained that my previous leasing company would issue the final bill later—and that the amount could be higher. Everyone was aware of this. Long story short, they are now unwilling to honor their word or the agreement. The sales representative was extremely focused on getting a positive review from me. He asked several times whether I had received the survey email and even told me what score to give him. I completed it in good faith, but in retrospect, I did so too early. Once the issue with the remaining payment came up, he stopped responding to my messages. He also ignored me when I followed up about a specific car feature that I had explicitly asked about and was assured the car had—but it turns out it does not. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience, and I am still dealing with the situation. More
Classic bait-and-switch feel – this is exactly why people hate buying cars at dealerships. We were promised a specific vehicle with a certain mileage and took time off work to come in – only to find out t hate buying cars at dealerships. When we raised this, we were told the price had increased and that we should consider ourselves lucky to get this higher-mileage car at the originally quoted price. The used car manager, Korab Krasniqi, was arrogant, dismissive, and completely uninterested in resolving the situation. The General Manager, Brian Cho, was more professional, but showed the same lack of interest in making things right. Even getting our deposit back required multiple follow-ups. Not that we expected full transparency and integrity from a dealership transaction, but at other dealerships we’ve dealt with, management is at least smart enough to stop playing games before losing a customer. Not here. More

At the time of booking, the screen displayed a discounted total price $1,223.81, which I accepted and relied on. When I picked up the car, the final bill was significantly higher at $1453 and I was told that tires were excluded from the discount, even though that exclusion was not clear during booking. I don't have a screenshot because I didn't expect the dealership's own system to change pricing after booking, but I booked based on what was shown to me at the time. I think that this is their plan to defraud unsuspecting customers who would otherwise go to Costco or BJ's for the tire replacement. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!! More

The service agent (Jacob) said it will take two hours to replace the part. About 1.5 hours later I texted him to confirm if we are good with the pickup time as discussed. The guy calls me back and says that they do not have my part pointing out that it's the parts manager's fault. So, they had my car for 1.5 hours and did not know that part is not available. What an unprofessional bunch. It turns out that they found out that the part was not ordered 1 hour into my appointment. It's a service agent's job to verify if everything ready for the customer to receive the service. If they did not receive the parts, they usually give you heads up asking to reschedule the evening before if early appointment or the morning of. I previously owned Toyota for 15 years and never had this issue with Toyota services. I wasted a good part of my workday on dealing with Acura staff who is disrespectful and hands down unprofessional. More
I purchased my 2024 Acura RDX on October 22nd and have been very satisfied with the purchase. When I arrived to Metro West Acura I had no intention to purchase the RDX on that day. My sales Rep Stephanie Pimental was so helpful and professional answering all my questions and request that I end up making the deal. Feeling confident that I made the correct decision. I highly recommend Stephanie and not only thru the purchase was so helpful but since then I have contacted her a few times asking her questions on my vehicle and she is prompt with answering and assuring me I am taken care of. Steph taught me how they operate, and how to customize. I was nervous to have all of the bells and whistles. by the end of the visit was comfortable and confident with everything I learned. am grateful she went above and beyond with her service!!! You don’t even take your vehicle here anymore keep in mind I’ve got 50000 miles on a 2020 and did 2 oil changes elsewhere. Everything else was done at your dealership. Also all I needed was a new wheel lock remover. Cause the one in my vehicle wasn’t for my vehicle which I bought brand new from you. And never had my tires done by anyone else. All you claimed was you use a universal tool to take them off. But why was mine wrong to begin with and when you gave me new to me it was so stripped and used tire shop would not use do to the didn’t want to damage anything. Then when called back got the oh you can pay for one 100.00 plus dollars. Or buy your tires here and we can help. I call bulls*#t….. All I want is correct new key as lost or misplaced at dealership anyways. More
