I purchased my 2024 Acura RDX on October 22nd and have been very satisfied with the purchase. When I arrived to Metro West Acura I had no intention to purchase the RDX on that day. My sales Rep Stephanie Pimental was so helpful and professional answering all my questions and request that I end up making the deal. Feeling confident that I made the correct decision. I highly recommend Stephanie and not only thru the purchase was so helpful but since then I have contacted her a few times asking her questions on my vehicle and she is prompt with answering and assuring me I am taken care of.

I have to say that it was a fantastic experience and the team we dealt with was exceptional. Don is an excellent salesman - no pressuring just offering up the facts that we needed to make our decision. Both me and my husband enjoyed working with him. He's very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions honestly. He, as well as the rest of the team with dealt (Ken and Erica) made the car buying experience (which is normally stressful) a very pleasant experience! My husband and I would highly recommend this dealership if you want to buy a new car. It has a nice "small town" feel to it, which is great. I've been to the other dealers in the Boston area and you are just a number there. They honestly don't care if they get your business or not in my experience.
