Quiero empezar por agradecerle a el señor Oscar que tomo el control en el sueño de mi madre el carro exacto que ella quería y lo tiene gracias a Oscar, el primer señor nos quería vender un carro que estaba disponible no lo que nesecitabamos y hasta ordenó el carro incorrecto, el segundo señor lo llame más de 3 veces y no canceló la orden equivocada o tuvo esa comunicación para poder ayudarnos me imagino que los primeros dos dos señores pensaron por nuestra apariencia sencilla que no podríamos comprar un carro como el que obtuvimos, pero pues gracias a Dios don Oscar nos ayudó bueno no solo nos ayudó tomo las ríendas al 100 porciento no se separó de nosotros para nada y nos ayudó con todo el proceso, quiero serles sinceros yo le regale ese carro a mi madre pero pues quería que escogiera el carro a su gusto aunque pues mi apariencia es muy humilde soy ingeniera para una agencia de gobierno y vi a mi madre que nesecitaba un carrito y pues le agradezco tanto a Dios que don Oscar estuvo con nosotros all the way, canceló el carro equivocado, me trajo el carro nuevecito tuno tanta dedicación respeto y pues se a conciencia que el trabajo mucho con nosotros en darle a mi madre exacto lo que quería, es un alegría tan grande el saber que pues don Oscar es y simple será nuestra opción número 1 para mi familia y pues que solo confiamos en el, por su dedicación, conocimiento, empeno y todo su esfuerzo hasta el final, I couldn’t ask for a better gentleman to take care of my mother, yo por ella I’ll give it all, pero pues don Oscar without a doubt went above and beyond for us, I can’t thank you enough, u truly cared for all the entire way, from the bottom of my heart muchas gracias, and honestly he deserves to get credit for this sale 100 percent since he did all the hard work and didn’t stop helping us until my mom had the keys in her hands, what a gentleman, amazing, si tuvieran un señor Oscar everywhere I go to shop, I would buy it all I promise you, what an awesome and kind person, and to his managers wow, you guys should be so proud to have him, the best of the best, my loyalty stands by him and from now on I would tell all my friends and family members, please trust me Mr. Oscar got you all the way, and he’s the only person my entire family would now and forever would buy from and trust me I sure would need cars, since I have a few boys they would all need cars. From the moment we arrived at the dealer to the point we left (a few hours later), Jose was with us and his advice was always franc and honest. At the end, and with our new car already parked in front of the house, we could not stop talking about him, like if he was part of the family. For sure, the car is great, and Jose will remain in our memories for the years to come.

I have visited the used car dealership several times in the past 8 years. I have purchased a Camry from them in the passed. This dealership is very casual and friendly. They back off and let you test drive and are there to ask questions. Sometimes the finance department is backed up and time consuming.

We recently purchased a RAV4 Prime from DARCARS and I should say it was a breeze. We worked with Ernie and dropped in a number of times while we were finalizing the purchase. Ernie was always ready to help and never lost his patience while we were exploring our options! The end result was that we are now the proud owners of a RAV4! The entire experience was entirely pressure free and there was never a moment where we felt pressured. The color we needed was unavailable but Ernie did his magic to get the color we wanted!

Bought a very nice pre-owned vehicle today that'll suit our needs to a tee. We worked with Adam Nogle when we arrived and he did a great job of letting us review the vehicle and then test drive it. We also met with Matt Tevis in the business office. His professional, up-front honest way of explaining what we were signing was truly appreciated. Overall, it was a great visit & we left with the vehicle we were looking for.

We have been looking for a 2023 highlander limited for a while. This weekend when my husband was getting his Camry serviced he noticed one on the lot. We all know if you don't put a deposit on one it is gone in a second. Well needless to say we have a deposit on one that was being built and would not be ready till the end of April. After we reached out to Bayside they provided us with details of the car. We worked on the numbers that were suitable for both parties. No headache there. That is a plus. They even stayed later after hours to answer our questions on a Saturday. Come Monday morning we had all the figures we needed. Not having a lot of time to sit at the dealership for hours on end. I sent them my info and they had my new 23 limited Highlander Hybrid ready and waiting. I was out the door in under an hour on Monday after noon. The service and responsiveness with Bayside Toyota is outstanding. It has been a pleasure working with Jason Roberts and the rest of the team there at bayside. Now we are on the hunt for a new hybrid Camry for my husband. I am sure they won't disappoint! Highly recommend them. Ask for JASON...

I was told by Mr. Ramos that a new windshield gasket would be mailed to me and arrangements would be made to have it installed at a dealership closer to me. Two weeks later an no gasket has been delivered to me despite calls to Mr. Ramos. I did receive a bill from Maryland Transportation Authority for a non payment of a toll he failed to pay when delivering the truck to me. Thanks for the lie and the slap in the face.

Best new car purchase experience we have ever had. Ruchell, the (sales rep) was outstanding. She was responsive, knowledgeable and made the whole transaction easy. The sales manager (Scott) was very accommodating, friendly and ensured that the whole transaction went smooth and everyone was happy. The flow of the financial portion of the transaction couldn’t get better. We were told what was needed and once everything was agreed upon, the paperwork was correct and professionally presented. My husband dreaded having to have this experience but they turned him completely around and he is also completely happy with Passport Toyota buying experience. Well done Passport Toyota !!!

I bought my truck from there, since Toyota has amazing cars but pohanka Toyota of Salisbury falsifies reports they did it on my truck, my wife’s car, and now my sisters car. The customer service girl couldn’t even sit up in her chair to talk to us. They said my wife needed a new tire and they couldn’t find the leak when I showed them where the nail was. They checked everything was great in my truck but in 60,000 miles they had not changed an air filter or cabin air filter , I had a slack tire, and one of my windshield wipers were stripped but they check it was all ok. They said my sister denied a test due to her check engine light which was a lie the girl said the manager said she didn’t need that test just nothing but a bunch of liars. They let some unqualified kid work on my truck and unqualified was their words not even mine

There are no gimmicks during any of my experiences of truck purchases. The sales team is very knowledgeable about the products they sell and are always very helpful during and after the transaction has been finalized. The service is honest and their work ethic is second to none. The service department is always aware of the length of time to perform the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
