Although, I loved the vehicle, I was hesitant due to price and the dealership being over an hour away. I did an application over the phone and within an hour Dezmond had an approval. I still wasn't comfortable with the payments. Nick DID NOT let me say it again DID NOT put any pressure on me when I declined. Fast forward to Friday, 7/3, Nick called me back, and advised me Dezmond was able to get me a better rate. This rate would keep my payments the same with Gap and extended warranty included. I made the drive and I was not disappointed. Nick is very knowledgeable and patient. He explained the details of the car, my contract and answered ALL my questions. Nick and Dezmond both was very personable and made me very comfortable. Never did I feel pressured or bamboozled. They were more than fair. Gave me adequate money for my trade and provided exemplary service. This whole experience was 1000/10. An although and hour away, these two are the only ones I want to purchase a vehicle from. Going forward they have all of my referrals. Ourisman please give these guys their kudos. PLEASE acknowledge them. They truly had a pleasant experience. AND best of all, after the test drive ans I officially said, YES, to the vehicle the process was less than an hr. Prior to coming to this dealership, I visited several others including, Mercedes and Landrover, this by far was my best experience. Ourisman again, please give them a bonus, I'm a hard customer. They make you be and look GREAT!!!! And anyone who needs a vehicle, please go see Nick and Dezmond. More
