Recently (2/2/26) had service, navigation update, on our 2026 GLE350. Christopher Shall, Service Advisor, was amazing, went out of his way to help. Assistance started a week prior (1/26/26) with a phone consultation, at the recommendation of Mercedes Corporate Customer Service. When I spoke with Chris, he provided his personal cell, discussed issue and said to call and give heads-up when it was convenient for my wife and I to bring the vehicle in. Friday, Jan 30th he assessed the vehicle and realized it was more then just a setting. Scheduled vehicle for digital update on Monday, Feb 2nd and had a loaner vehicle waiting. Upon completion of work, car was washed and looked great.
Once again, can't say enough about Chris.
Koons Mercedes-Benz of Catonsville, earned my respect and trust and should be proud to have people like Chris representing them.
Additionally, would like to note, this is not the Dealership the vehicle was purchased at, nor is it the closest.
