We had technical difficulties contacting my bank and Adam was patient. The VW looks brand new! I had already run a CARFAX so I felt I had done my homework. I drove 2-1/2 hours to Owensboro, and it was worth the trip!

Great experience. Gage (Sales Person) was patient with all our questions and had us lined up and out the door with a new vehicle in a timely manner, even had red ribbon on our new car. Trey (Deliver Expert) went through all the vehicle features before we left and even wore white gloves while working through the screens, buttons, etc. We are still working through issues with Bluelink but the on-line help has been great.
