Despite having only 5,700 miles, the interior was far from the 'perfect' condition promised. Management attempted to pass the scent off as 'cleaning chemicals,' but it was clearly a failed attempt to mask heavy tobacco use. We felt completely misled. Driving 20 hours to find a car in that condition—after being given specific assurances otherwise—is unprofessional and classless. I would urge extreme caution to anyone considering a vehicle here; their word clearly does not match the reality of their inventory. More
