I called Ft. Mitchell MB looking for a Sprinter cargo van , talked to Sam. We met with him and he was very accommodating, we test drove a basic model; but we were looking for more comfort and safety features. Sam was super patient with us. Answered our many questions with positive good attitude. He then took us to his office we viewed several other cargo vans and finally after looking at quite a few we found one we loved and had all the bells and whistles my wife and I wanted. Really grateful for such a nice man to facilitate our search as we were totally clueless I feel we found the exact right van, and at 70 yo it means a lot to get it just right. When it was available to pick up Sam was off but Dan filled in and was equally sweet and helpful. It was really wonderful to get such a big investment right, to have Dan patiently go through all the features... two fine gentlemen. thank you both.
