She provided excellent customer service by accommodating my car the scheduled maintenance after the company I chose did not cover the maintenance. While waiting for the service team to complete the maintenance, I inquired about an email from Infiniti regarding the Xchange special program they were offering. I met Kristopher sales manager that just happened to be there early. He was patient, professional and informational with showing me QX60 options. Kristopher passed the baton to Daymond who also was fun with a great sense of humor! Daymond was amazing with navigating through the final stage and we finally decided on the purchase of 2025 QX60 autograph. I received top notch service from Anna, Kristopher, and Daymond. I have no complaints about these guys. Truly a great family owned car dealership. I brought my children with me because I could not find a sitter. They had a blast, the owners' children and mine played the entire time!
