I have been working with MB fort Mitchell for several years now, I think we are on car purchase 5 with them. While working with them they have made the car buying experience very easy and low pressure. Whenever I think about a new car they are my 1st thought even though it is an hour drive to their dealership. I have worked with Craig on my cars and "Sprinter" Dan on my vans, every time I let them know what I am looking for and they are quick to respond fill me in on new features that I my be interested in and I feel always start with a great offer. As someone who was in the car industry for 20 years as an independent auto service station I had good relationships with a lot of dealers and This dealer stands above them all. I greatly appreciate that they really make you feel welcomed and not just a number. They are definitely not the stereotypical dealership.

They worked hard and told me exactly what I was going to need to do to get into a new vehicle. Purchased a Chrysler Pacifica from Zimmer in late 2019; today during a blizzard and an unfortunate family medical emergency the battery gave out; explained the predicament I was in with having young kids and the medical emergency being 3 hours away where I’m from which would’ve left my wife and young twins without a car and they executed flawlessly to get our vehicle running again within a short window of time.
