Came in to Louisville for the weekend and the first night we ended up with a flat tire on our new Palisade. I called the dealership first thing in the morning and spoke to Jason in Parts who located a replacement tire quickly even though it wasn't in stock. Dustin was my service advisor and he got me back on the road in no time. I couldn't have asked for a more efficient and quicker service than what I received from Dustin. Polite , courteous, always a smiling face it brings me back again and again.
