Buying a vehicle is not a pleasant experience anywhere or anytime. We’ve purchased many vehicle throughout the years and honestly the industry is what it is. That being said, Nick and Barkley made the experience much better than previous experiences at other dealerships. I do feel Nick worked with us, listened to our wants/needs, etc and delivered. I believe we got straight answers to ours questions, he and Barkley didn’t give up on us. They did follow up, they did ask what they could do to make the deal happen. We were ready to buy, Nick and Barkley wanted to sell. It’s the details they brought to the table that made it happen. I’m not an emotional buyer. They make vehicles everyday and at some point someone will work with us and make it happen. Thank you Nick. Thank you Barkley. Each of those guys are driven, professional, represent the dealership well. I’ve already referred others to them. 10 out of 10 for those guys. Dealership 9/10. Simply because built in profit compilers of doc fees and paint treatment. Come on guys, if I wanted that crap I’d ask for it otherwise don’t saddle me with your marked up crap and doc fees. We’ll be back soon, son is turning 16.

What a horrible experience!! I put a deposit down on a truck. I waited 6 days and was then told by the owner that he didn’t want to deal with a customer out of state. The entire process was very unprofessional. No one including the finance manager could do anything without the owner's approval. It felt like I was in middle school again with dad’s approval. I feel a dealership not wanting to do business out of state is very outdated. Why have a website or online presence?? I lost the ability to buy other trucks during the process too. I can’t express what a bad experience I had. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

We have had our Grand Caravan in for multiple service appointments and each time our technicians and advisors have been great to work with, especially since our van has an extended warranty. They have helped make sure things were repaired and covered each time. When they weren't able to match a price for something, there were no high pressure tactics. Very pleased with their service department.
