Great Low Key approach. Not pushy. Great price at their very first offer. Salesman was “Gage” and he answered all questions. Very satisfied with him. And the Financial Person “Abdul” was very impressive also. Very polite, very efficient, did not waste my time, explained everything in easy to understand conversation. He even found additional discounts, etc. Overall a very pleasant experience in buying a vehicle. Rate them 10 out of 10.

Complete gem to work with. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, personable. Took time to introduce us to Parts Gentleman, Service Manger, Dealership Manager, tour of area and purchased vehicle overview with opportunity for operation questions. Introduced us to Mike Young (finance) also very friendly, clear and never in hurry, provided overview of what to expect, what documents were for, where to sign, always asked if any questions, Covered other purchase options which we took advantage of paint and fabric protection as truck will always be outside. Also opted for extended warranty for us, obvious reasons. Even had opportunity to exchange dining suggestions in Lexington! In closing, outstanding example of competent employees, customer appreciation and Team Work. Thank You, Jim & Linda Gill.

What a horrible experience!! I put a deposit down on a truck. I waited 6 days and was then told by the owner that he didn’t want to deal with a customer out of state. The entire process was very unprofessional. No one including the finance manager could do anything without the owner's approval. It felt like I was in middle school again with dad’s approval. I feel a dealership not wanting to do business out of state is very outdated. Why have a website or online presence?? I lost the ability to buy other trucks during the process too. I can’t express what a bad experience I had. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

We have had our Grand Caravan in for multiple service appointments and each time our technicians and advisors have been great to work with, especially since our van has an extended warranty. They have helped make sure things were repaired and covered each time. When they weren't able to match a price for something, there were no high pressure tactics. Very pleased with their service department.
