From start to finish an excellent experience and I highly recommend their sales associate, Mike Wells who showed me great respect from the first moment we spoke on the phone. Not always the norm as a woman dealing with car salesmen. I encountered the same positive experience with dealers in Omaha, Denver, Florida and New York. We live in Louisiana. We tried to buy from another Ford dealer in Dallas b/c it was closer, but what a nightmare. That’s a whole ‘nother review! We are really happy we bought from them and think you’ll be happy as well!

We were trying to buy either a Kia Telluride or a Hyundai Palisade. After visiting 4 different dealerships during a week, we found the perfect vehicle and the best salesman to help us. We had the best experience being this our 7th financed or leased vehicle (including dealerships from the East Coast). Cameron Clements was our salesperson and we can assure he was the best agent we could have asked for. He provided us with excellent customer service, a phenomenal environment, he gave us all the information needed about the vehicle and the financing options in hand. Cameron ensured we knew the vehicle inside and out and went the extra mile making sure to follow up with us and check how our vehicle is working days after the purchase. We will recommend this dealership and this salesman to our friends family and anyone looking for a reliable vehicle. This was by far our best experience in a car purchase. Cameron is the man to go if you want straight answers, no hidden stuff, if you want a salesperson to fight for you and give you a reasonable value for your trade-in, and if you want a great experience in general. I drive 30 miles one way to have all service and repair work done on my F150 even though I didn't purchase it there. I know they are busy but they always treat me fair, give me an update during the service and I use the Ford Pass app on my phone to earn points, check for recalls, view service recommendations and updates. Any Ford dealer can service your vehicle but Victory Ford does it right the first time and the service department is great to work with.

I was passing through Hays on my way to Denver and because my windshield wiper washer wouldn't work my windshield was becoming covered with mud and restricting vision on I-70. Without an appointment, I checked with the service department to see if there was any chance they could look at it. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was friendly and went out of their way to help me. Ultimately, the guys discovered a cracked line and were able to make a temporary repair to get me safely down the highway. When I checked out, the guys said, "no charge, glad we could help." Treatment by these folks made this old man's day. Thanks!

Was having issues with truck shifting in from 35 to 40, Was tested, ordered a few parts and a day later truck was running smooth as new again. Very smart and super nice service team that works together and understands the process and customers.

Had oil changed on Wednesday, I think, and scheduled the brake work for Thursday. Dealership was kind enough to deliver vehicle to my work site. When I took the car out Friday morning, I was a bit unnerved to find a lug nut on the floor of my garage. I checked all the lug nuts on the vehicle, and they seemed to be fine. The service manager checked with the technician, who said a nut was missing when the car came in. My guess is the nut was loose from the tire rotation two days earlier and came off sometime between the oil change and the brake job.
