I went in there with the mindset of what I wanted, and he put me in a car with a matter of minutes. I was approved. Overall, Hayden is an outstanding employee, and if I were an employer, looking for someone to represent my company, he would be top of my list. He is an asset to Dahl Ford.. Patient, kind, understanding and a very good listener. I see Hayden working his way up from sales to the management within five years. Eagerness to sell, but most importantly eagerness to make his customers happy and it shows Hayden is definitely a leader and not a follower, he’s a go-getter. No goal for him is on attainable or unachievable.

After we made a deal they filled it with gas and let me keep my personalized plates! There is a button missing and Jeff ordered a new one right then and there and will replace it for free. Can’t say enough about the quality and selection of vehicles they offer. All top notch. It is a family owned and run business where they honestly treat you like family. The same person that shows you a vehicle is the same person that walks you through the entire process. No haggling games where they have to ask the manager or having you go to a different office and see the finance person. Trading in your vehicle is also a breeze. We drove over 2 hours to see their inventory and we’re not disappointed. It was worth it. Over the years we have purchased many vehicles at many different dealerships, but this was the Best car buying experience we have ever had!!
