Wait time was decent but was quoted 1 hour but waited 1. 5 hours. Completely fine but could have been better. They communicate with the customer by text and video most of the time. That takes time to understand. The Toyota app doesn't seem to be user friendly. I am disappointed they don't have a car wash on site. Th of the time. That takes time to understand. The Toyota app doesn't seem to be user friendly. I am disappointed they don't have a car wash on site. The Tommy Express car wash seems to put extreme wind pressure on your car during the dry cycle. It is concerning! More
