Overall, very good service. Alex tried to persuade me to purchase a new set of Michelin tires. I was told when I purchased my vehicle the tires were new. Purchased vehicle Feb 2025. Had an alignment April 2025 at 37,000 miles maintenance. There was no mention of needing tires at time. I would like a second opinion regarding the tread ware on my current tires. This was my first time in the Sauers dealership. Using their online website I found something the wife was interested in, so we went to take a look (coming from another town). The staff was very accommodating and there is more that 1 "car guy" there and it was great as we could speak the same language, which thrilled me. Wife approved of the car, contingent on fixing a slight rattle - which they did immediately. Negotiating went smoothly and we left with a new vehicle. Even though it was late in the day, the team prepped the car and filled the gas tank. No haggle, no hassle. Beautiful facility and some real treasures in the show room to enjoy. I don't know why I never drove out to Sauers before this, but they will be at the top of my list going forward. Much appreciated. PS - I really appreciate that the owner is really picky about the level and quality of used vehicles he brings in.
