He is an absolute pleasure to do business with and recommend him and the team at Evans for all services and sales needs. John represents Evans in the most positive and professional way. Thanks John. Also want to thank Jerry White for installing the suspension lift on the truck. He did a phenomenal job and kept me updated on everything during the process and gave needed recommendations necessary for the installation. My initial contact salesman was more than willing to help and answer any questions. Can’t say enough good things about him. However, he was very busy that day so we were left waiting to finish the deal. There were many other sales people standing around but none offered assistance to help our sales person until I went to one and asked if they could help. At that point he did help us while the original salesman worked with other people that were waiting. He did come by and apologize several times but he was doing what he could. Overall, the deal was made (they did lower their price to an amount we wanted) so we are satisfied. We would recommend this dealership to others and return here if they have are vehicle we are interested in.

We drove from Michigan to buy a 2023 RAV4 Limited Hybrid from Rico. We loved his no pressure sales, his personality and ability to know or find any answer to any question we had. He answered all our questions and even offered to take more pictures for us. Rico is just a great salesman and a great credit to the Team Toyota. All our financing was done before we even left for Indiana making our purchase easy in and easy out. I didn't have to haggle for a better payment or share unnecessary information before it was the right time. Jerry lead me through the purchase, he remained professional and informative. His dedication to the craft is impeccable-- he was delivering my truck while he had a newborn in the hospital. The craziest part is I SELL CARS and this was my very first purchase. I was treated with respect, was given a tour of the dealership and even got to meet the "man behind the scenes" Brad. In the finance office Alisha did not pressure me with "what if" situations. She knew her products and stood behind them only offering information and protection. I will be returning for my wife's new Highlander next year! Thank you all so much!

Now nobody returns my calls. Nobody has reached out to me to let me know what’s going on. I bought a truck I can’t drive because no one here cares.

I found Craig’s because a new Tacoma deal at another dealership fell through (they sold it the evening before I was supposed buy it). Craig’s had the same Tacoma so I went to them. I am so glad I found Craig’s, everyone I came in contact with were straight shooters Rodney Tarter, Tim Breston and Andy Craig. I have never had such a straight forward with no hidden engenda’s easy sincere transaction with any other dealership. I enjoyed everyone I came in contact with. I work hard for my money and I want to like who I do business with. I’ll not be going to any other dealerships because I appreciate the no “xx” attitude and kindness I get from Craig’s. I can’t express how much I enjoyed buying doing business with Rodney Tarter, Tim Breston and Andy Craig. This is the way it should be. I feel very lucky I found Craig’s and am so glad I have found a dealership that I trust and want to do business with. Never liked any other dealership before I found Craig’s.
