I didn't have to haggle for a better payment or share unnecessary information before it was the right time. Jerry lead me through the purchase, he remained professional and informative. His dedication to the craft is impeccable-- he was delivering my truck while he had a newborn in the hospital. The craziest part is I SELL CARS and this was my very first purchase. I was treated with respect, was given a tour of the dealership and even got to meet the "man behind the scenes" Brad. In the finance office Alisha did not pressure me with "what if" situations. She knew her products and stood behind them only offering information and protection. I will be returning for my wife's new Highlander next year! Thank you all so much!

Now nobody returns my calls. Nobody has reached out to me to let me know what’s going on. I bought a truck I can’t drive because no one here cares.

It was the first time I actually was able to get a deal worked out over the phone as I was almost 2 hours away. Luke was great in helping me with my questions and doing everything he said he would do and even going above and beyond! He had forgot to put the temp tag on the vehicle after I purchased it and drove 15 miles to the vehicle and hand delivered it. Great overall experience! I’d do business here again for sure!!

This is my 4th Toyota, 3 have been leased through Wyler Indiana, very satisfied with all these vehicles, my wife loves them too! Salesmen like Bob will keep me coming back. Gates Toyota I am a car consultant and people hire me to buy or sell their vehicles. I have been doing this for 45 years. My background is asset management. During my nationwide search for a Prius I came across one in South Bend Indiana. Our salesman was Mike Gray , a young man who went the extra 10 % to achiveve the sale. After I had the car inspected by Lemon Squad , I gave the report to Mike, ,which stated it was in need of new tires. With out hesitation he went and got approval for 4 new tires. I will always keep my eye on Mike as he travels through the car industry. Very wholesome and honest.

I found Craig’s because a new Tacoma deal at another dealership fell through (they sold it the evening before I was supposed buy it). Craig’s had the same Tacoma so I went to them. I am so glad I found Craig’s, everyone I came in contact with were straight shooters Rodney Tarter, Tim Breston and Andy Craig. I have never had such a straight forward with no hidden engenda’s easy sincere transaction with any other dealership. I enjoyed everyone I came in contact with. I work hard for my money and I want to like who I do business with. I’ll not be going to any other dealerships because I appreciate the no “xx” attitude and kindness I get from Craig’s. I can’t express how much I enjoyed buying doing business with Rodney Tarter, Tim Breston and Andy Craig. This is the way it should be. I feel very lucky I found Craig’s and am so glad I have found a dealership that I trust and want to do business with. Never liked any other dealership before I found Craig’s.
