He is an absolute pleasure to do business with and recommend him and the team at Evans for all services and sales needs. John represents Evans in the most positive and professional way. Thanks John. Also want to thank Jerry White for installing the suspension lift on the truck. He did a phenomenal job and kept me updated on everything during the process and gave needed recommendations necessary for the installation. I didn't have to haggle for a better payment or share unnecessary information before it was the right time. Jerry lead me through the purchase, he remained professional and informative. His dedication to the craft is impeccable-- he was delivering my truck while he had a newborn in the hospital. The craziest part is I SELL CARS and this was my very first purchase. I was treated with respect, was given a tour of the dealership and even got to meet the "man behind the scenes" Brad. In the finance office Alisha did not pressure me with "what if" situations. She knew her products and stood behind them only offering information and protection. I will be returning for my wife's new Highlander next year! Thank you all so much!

Worst experience ever, one star is being generous. Used car had numerous problems as soon as we drove it off the lot. They scanned it the next day and it has a list of issues which magically appeared as soon as we drive away with the check engine, light and coolant light. They are unwilling to fix anything. Steer clear, anywhere else would be better There’s an issue when the manager of the store won’t do anything, but then his boss is his wife and then her boss is her father That says enough right there

This was our 3rd purchase from Toyota of Terre Haute and I expected to be treated fairly BUT == NOPE! Was a nightmare! NO one was helpful,,just pointing the finger at someone else,,LIARS. Finance guy was particularly horrible as was the tag/title guy. Tried to get us to pay tax TWICE! Their only solution. Toyota financial service was one frustration after another. Called then at least 15 times (really) and a different story EVERY TIME!

I was there for service i am new to the area. During my visit the only employee that even spoke to me. Was service advisor. I was there for an hour walked around the new car and used car lots During this time not one salesperson spoke to me several salesperson were standing around talking. I was in and out of the new car area one thing is for sure they will not have to worry about me returning to this dealership i guess that I was the wrong shade for anyone to speak to a potential customer. I have owned 15 toyota vehicles over the years and never had this from a toyota dealership. I have lived in several states and never experienced this as i was told by a neighbor welcome to greenwood.
