Wanted to write briefly to give my sincere thanks for service today. I got my new car from you in May (2024 Malibu RS). Today one of my tires had a bubble. I called & talked to Zac. Long story short I’m sitting here in your waiting area for my new tire. I can’t express appreciation enough for Zac getting me in today. And then to spend time with Matthew, Ajesh & Dennis were fantastic. Stanley is truly part of my family. My initial car from you was in 2022 with Bill who retired. I purchased my first Chevy from a Mike Chase who is now the owner, the friendliness and willingness to work with me during my purchase then has carried over to the the attitudes that I have found in my dealings with Blossom Chevy since them, this last experience with the body shop was no exception the estimator was professional and friendly while doing the estimate. When the car was in for repair I was keep informed as to the progress of the work and the completion time frame of the vehicle. Everything was done very professionally and the vehicle was cleaned after the repairs were done which I appreciate very much. I certainly will use Blossom again for repair if the need araises.

I brought my 2011 Cruze in for brake noise, not only did they help me and get my brakes replace they also were able to make me aware of the other issues I had to help me keep my car running and safe for my children and I. Plus they were able to complete the work that day!! Awesome service will return.

All other work was completed in a very timely manner. Everyone at Bosaks is very friendly & easy to work with, attentive to a very big dissruption in my life (not having your car) they were AWESOME in keeping in inconvenience to a bare minimum, were ALWAYS available, communicated daily!
