I was able to make a same-day appointment at Tom Wood Nissan in Indianapolis. Ethan Riker was our Service Advisor and kept us informed and about repair findings during the inspection process and repair evaluation. A part for our vehicle was not available that day at the dealership, or in the city, so needed to be ordered for next-day delivery. Tom Wood Nissan arranged for us to obtain a rental car; transported us to Sixt Car Rental; and paid for the rental when it was returned. As senior citizens (one with a disability), we really appreciated the stellar customer service.

Me and my husband purchased a pre owned 2017 Honda Civic - Benjamin Moreno

Me and my husband purchased a pre owned 2017 Honda Civic from Usman Ba at Andy Mohr in late February of 2025 and it has turned into nothing but issues with the dealership and General Manager. Two days after purchase I realized when the A/C was turned on that the air coming out was more hot than when the heat itself was turned on, so that following day I called Andy Mohr Nissan and explained the situation to Usman and they shortly after scheduled me an appointment to have the vehicle serviced and they offered to uber me around in the meantime. When I arrived the morning of my appointment, they had one of their auto mechanics notify me that the General Manager of the Andy Mohr Nissan said they would be charging me $180 just to have my vehicle seen and diagnosed, this is not to mention that when I purchased the vehicle it was contingent upon them fixing an already known issue with the trunk button inside the driver door which I now need to pay to have fixed...? None of this was told to me before arriving, and all of this is still with Andy Mohrs $30 additional a month, which makes you feel like your car is covered, but it most certainly is not. So far my entire experience with Andy Mohr Nissan has been short of pleasant and they seem very shady, when the mechanic spoke to me about the diagnosis fee he went as far as mentioning the issue being my compressor and gave me prices for them, to let me know what I would be responsible for and when I asked how they knew it was the compressor he said "that's what they said, you said, it was."

I was extremely tired and emotional the day I purchased the car. I felt pushed into a purchase I was unsure of. The vehicle was a certified Pre-owned car. I was pushed quickly through paper work and not given time to read everything and had papers laid over top of papers so I could not see what I was signing, and pulled quickly away from me and told I would get copies at the end. The car I was told by Audrey had not been cleaned but while I was signing papers she would take care of that. Well the car was filthy!!! The floor mats were stained and filthy and very cheap looking and coming apart. The cameras stopped working on the car as soon as I got home. Then the key fab message popped up in the car for low battery, which are all things on the certified pre-owned checklist that should have been replaced and cleaned and thoroughly went over. I don't feel confident that the car went through the full proper INSPECTION EVEN THOUGH THEY CHECKED ALL THOSE THINGS OFF ON MY CHECKLIST THAT IT WAS COMPLETED WHEN CLEARLY IT WAS NOT DONE!! So then how do I know it was properly done at all because I can't trust the information filled out on the checklist because they checked off things that were not done, but check it off as done anyway! So now my car still needs to be fixed, which they did order the part for thanks to TJ, Jake, and Louis, but it also needs a thorough deep detailing inside and outside which I am told should might be done when I drop the car off to get the cameras parts fixed. I even tried to reach out to the GM of Bosak Nissan in Chesterton to talk about the problems I was having and I left a message on his voicemail I was never called back. When I mean filthy I mean foot prints and animal hair everywhere and sticky stuff on my light switch and door handle and many other gross things you would not appreciate putting your hands on while driving! I also had a problem with my car being left at the dealership until I could get someone to drop me off to pick it up due to I work midnights and am in the middle of a family emergency as my great uncle was in the hospital and now in hospice in Illinois and I needed to be with my family and had family coming in from out of town that I needed to be with. This is why I did not want to take the new vehicle home that day plus with Audrey saying that the vehicle had not been cleaned I wanted it to be properly cleaned but she would not take NO for an answer! But then was getting pushy in the voicemail she sent me about picking it up. Which I begged and had to pay someone to drop me off to get my old car as it still had all my sentimental things like things from my husband that had been killed in a motorcycle accident that i keep close to me for comfort in it and I was terrified that she would have it towed away with all my important cherished items!!! I would not recommend anyone ever have to go through such an experience ever and am still really upset and sad with how I was treated.

These people were okay until I made it obvious that I was NOT going to buy there! Then, they rapidly disappeared!! No one wanted to deliver me the final number of their offer on my car!! The number was a flat out insult to me, my car, and my womanhood!!! They would NOT have dared to give a man such a lowball offer, and then be pissy about it when I walked out!!! They followed me to my car promising me the moon, and to call me, which did not happen!!!
