It’s so good to know that you CAN have a wonderful & stress free experience when buying a car or SUV…..you just have to buy at BOB ROHRMAN LEXUS of ARLINGTON or BOB ROHRMAN KIA of LAFAYETTE INDIANA!!! Last week my 30 year old daughter’s small SUV was totaled (no injuries thankfully). She is single & lives in southern CA.  A nurse at UCLA hospital,  she needed a vehicle immediately. She went to 3 dealers in her Santa Monica neighborhood. looking to buy another SUV. All 3 tried to take advantage of her dire situation with high pressure sales tactics, bait & switch, etc. Being so fortunate to know MARCIN AJDUKIEWICZ of LEXUS of ARLINGTON, we knew we could count on him -again! I bought a new 2021 kia Sedona and had a great experience working with Sean Enochs. Ask for him if your stopping by. He is not pushy or forward, very easy to deal with. I returned a week later to get the paint protection etc applied at the body shop. I can't say as much for their service. I still had dirt on my vehicle and one very sentimental thing in my car was ruined.

i took my 2002 kia sportage in because it was running funny and smelled of gas and my gas milege was suddenly terrible. they had it for a week and swore up and down there was nothing wrong with it. i convinced them to do a simple tune up. they had to order parts and the day they had the parts they called claiming all types of things were wrong and when i said no they found other parts that were broken and suddenly couldnt believe i drove it in. this was after there 80 dollar an hour diagnosis. and when i said i was takeing it somewhere else they claimed it wouldnt run under its own power. i took it somewhere good and got it fixed for 600 dollars cheaper than what they were claiming. im not even going to look at that place when i drive by anymore. terrible buisness ethics
