If you're looking for a salesman who is honest, quick to respond, and makes you feel like your time is worth while- Then talk to Jacob Gillette. After shopping for a used car in the 30k-35k range and talking to multiple dealerships he is the salesman that stood out tremendously out of the 10+ I had spoken with. Don't believe me? Take it for yourself when you call and ask for Jacob specifically. Ultimately I did not buy a car from Jacob as another dealership gave me a deal I could not pass up (hopefully it doesn't bite me), but even after i let Jacob know that- He didn't pressure me one bit. He asked if there was anything at all he could do to EARN our business (I was impressed with this terminology, as all the separate salesmen i spoke with at other dealerships i didnt seem to matter to them), and didn't make me feel guilty about passing him up. I'll be looking for a full sized truck soon due to a baby on the way- I will absolutely be reaching out to him. You should too if you want to support a salesman that isn't pushy and isn't just in it for the money, he seemed like he actually WANTED to sell me a car, which I found out nowadays is surprisingly hard to find. Get the right people in service. Car took a week longer than it should have. Towed on Tuesday. The next Tuesday I find out I wasn't called about the findings. Elizabeth Loden found the paperwork and got the ball rolling. She told me it would take a week for parts to come in and 2-3 days to fix. 9 days later I drove it home. You need it done, talk to her.

Gavyn did an amazing job working with our price and making us feel comfortable. He explained everything about the car and watched our expressions. He could tell when didn't understand something and reviewed it again. He could answer all of our questions and you could tell he was very knowledgeable. We haven't bought a car in 14 years. Imagine that!! All the electronics and infotainment system was a bit overwhelming. Gavyn was so reassuring and made sure we understood. He scheduled our Ziebart in Greenwood and Sarah also gets a 5 star. He has called us twice since then to check on how we are doing. Scot did the finance part. It went so quick and smoothly. I love the big desk screen. We got the Diamond Total protection Package since we are not one of those people who buy a new car every few years. He was so helpful in getting our extended warranty and explained it thoroughly. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this dealership and these two staff members. Between us and our daughter/son in law we have purchased our last 5 vehicles from them. The car buying experience was great! The car - a lemon. I bought a used car, everything worked great until 3 days later and the transmission started acting up. They did get it serviced, but something is still not right. ABS light came on 8 days later. I talked to the sales person, the sales manager, and anyone else who would listen to try to take the car back and cancel the financing. Nope. "Once it's off the lot, we're no longer responsible." A dealer should stand behind their cars, even used, for at least a week. Buyer Beware!

Jay Mason and Brandee, his girlfriend, are the best in used car sales. I was actually in the market for a 2019 Lincoln Navigator L Reserve. Still, after being mistreated by Koons Ford in Woodbridge, being from the Washington D.C. area, I decided to travel away from here and look elsewhere. Here is where Jay Mason comes in. He had the prettiest Cadillac Escalade EVS that I looked at on the internet. After a few days of going back and forth, him being very patient with me because I'm still thinking about the Lincoln, I wasn't 100% on the 2019 Escalade. This guy sold me a vehicle over the phone, and then when I flew into Indiana Airport, he had his girlfriend Brandee, aka his wife. The latter is one of the sweetest, friendliest ladies I have ever met; she picked my brother and me up from the airport and took us to the dealership. At the dealership, I met a young lady named Marisa, who is in the finance department. Beautiful young lady not just in looks but in spirits as well help me finish the deal.
