This was my first visit here since another dealership - Jeffro Bodine

This was my first visit here since another dealership near me had closed. I recently had my vehicle in for an ongoing A/C problem. It was a tedious task for the service department to get the problem resolved. They were able to get it working as new. I have no qualms about returning for any other services that the vehicle may need in the future. The staff were all very professional and courteous, and my hats go off to Jon Sternberg and Mike Rich Thank you Morse Ford. JLM

Rich has usually been the person I dealt with in this department, He is thorough and makes sure all your questions are answered. I had a Veloster for a short time, but my wife has had a couple sonatas over the past 8 years and Rich is always very knowledgeable about the mechanics and technologies within these vehicles.

This dealership was awesome. My car broke down, and they had it in same day and got a rental for me immediately. Volkswagen of the Quad Cities had me jump through so many hoops, but the Crystal lake dealership was amazing. Will not bring my cars anywhere else.

Brought my Beetle in for service at 32,000 miles and expected to have a $300 service charge for different maintenance my manual stated I should get. My bill was under $150 and I was told that my vehicle was in great condition. Glenn was extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable.

I could not be happier with the service department at Algonquin Genesis. Always a loaner within a few days of making appointments. Patty the service writer is always cheerful and helpful. After service, car comes back as clean inside and out like new.

I brought my car in for service/repair due to a wiring/electrical issue that would not let my car respond to the throttle or start. I chose them to do service on my car based on the good reviews, pricing, and the fact that they have worked on infiniti's before. The service was outstanding. They were very friendly and not only did they fix the problem I brought my car in for, they mentioned other things that needed to be fixed, of a few I declined because I could do it myself. When it came down to the final payment, my quote ended up being half as much as they originally quoted me because they did not install a whole new IPDM (circuit board) and just gave me the relay that I needed. They really look out for their customers and try and save them money in any way they can. Along with all the repairs, they fixed a few other minor problems with my car free of charge. E-brake adjustments, installed a splash guard on my car (that kept falling off on me everytime I tried to put it on when I drove at high speeds), and I was also having this issue with my keyhole on my drivers side where it would pop out, and the plastic cover would come off. They kept it from popping out, and they used a putty to keep the plastic casing on. (this was a surprise to me, and it had been bothering me for months because I did not know how to fix it [being the keyhole to my door and all]) All in all, I am EXTREMELY happy with their service and if I ever need any repairs on my infiniti again, I will certainly go to them, and recommend anyone with an import/luxury car to go to them as well. They beat the dealership rates, mention anything else that is wrong with your car, and are friendly, fast, and most of all, look out for you the customer, and save you money. - Colin

We recently took our 2004 E-350 12 passenger van to Haggerty with some handling issues and they could have told us we needed new shock absorbers, wheel rebalance and an alignment costing over a $1000 and instead they indicated they thought the problem was an imbalance in the tire air pressures and that those other things were not needed at this time. They charged us nothing for their time. They have done this before as well. We have taken the vehicle to one place and they gave us a quote for over a $1000 of work and we took it to Haggerty and they said you just need to replace one of those parts and it was $300.
