I have had nothing but problems with my car and the service department! The dealer is not taking responsibility for a leaking sunroof in my car. I've had it in the shop multiple times to "fix" the sun service department! The dealer is not taking responsibility for a leaking sunroof in my car. I've had it in the shop multiple times to "fix" the sunroof. They even had it for days and didn't provide me a courtesy car. I had to pay out of pocket for a rental car. And still the problem hasn't been fixed. I've called twice now to try and get it in AGAIN and all of a sudden I don't get a return call anymore. It's just such an inconvenience for something that isn't my fault. They should make it right but have refused to do so. I would never give them my business again and I am sure to tell everyone I know. It's very frustrating when I have a car full of kids trying to go somewhere and it's literally raining on them. Buyers beware! More

This is the 4th vehicle we have purchased from Fox Valley Auto Group. And the reason why is because we have always been able to get the vehicle at a fair price, the people we have dealt with in the sales and Auto Group. And the reason why is because we have always been able to get the vehicle at a fair price, the people we have dealt with in the sales and service department have been very nice and explained everything. We have purchased 2 Buicks and 2 GMC's at Fox Valley Auto Group. And we will probably purchase another vehicle from them when the time comes. More
