My 2014 Chevy Equinox infotainment system (radio, gps, etc…) stopped working. I made an appointment at Green Chevrolet. Their technician identified the broken part and repaired it the same day. They also updated the software. The service advisor kept us updated while we waited. The infotainment now works as it should.

Lou Alfano greeted us promptly and arranged to have the work done. Our vehicle was ready in short order and Lou had it washed for us, too! This is the kind of service experience we have come to expect from Arlington Heights Ford. We're very-well satisfied with the work and the people at this dealer.
