I brought my car in for service/repair due to a wiring/electrical issue that would not let my car respond to the throttle or start. I chose them to do service on my car based on the good reviews, pricing, and the fact that they have worked on infiniti's before. The service was outstanding. They were very friendly and not only did they fix the problem I brought my car in for, they mentioned other things that needed to be fixed, of a few I declined because I could do it myself. When it came down to the final payment, my quote ended up being half as much as they originally quoted me because they did not install a whole new IPDM (circuit board) and just gave me the relay that I needed. They really look out for their customers and try and save them money in any way they can. Along with all the repairs, they fixed a few other minor problems with my car free of charge. E-brake adjustments, installed a splash guard on my car (that kept falling off on me everytime I tried to put it on when I drove at high speeds), and I was also having this issue with my keyhole on my drivers side where it would pop out, and the plastic cover would come off. They kept it from popping out, and they used a putty to keep the plastic casing on. (this was a surprise to me, and it had been bothering me for months because I did not know how to fix it [being the keyhole to my door and all]) All in all, I am EXTREMELY happy with their service and if I ever need any repairs on my infiniti again, I will certainly go to them, and recommend anyone with an import/luxury car to go to them as well. They beat the dealership rates, mention anything else that is wrong with your car, and are friendly, fast, and most of all, look out for you the customer, and save you money. - Colin

We recently took our 2004 E-350 12 passenger van to Haggerty with some handling issues and they could have told us we needed new shock absorbers, wheel rebalance and an alignment costing over a $1000 and instead they indicated they thought the problem was an imbalance in the tire air pressures and that those other things were not needed at this time. They charged us nothing for their time. They have done this before as well. We have taken the vehicle to one place and they gave us a quote for over a $1000 of work and we took it to Haggerty and they said you just need to replace one of those parts and it was $300.

Really disappointed in the service department's attention to detail and unwillingness to be proactive troubleshooting electrical problems. They are very quick to try and sell you tires, wiper blades and common maintenance, but not to listen or diagnose. My wife explained issues she is having with a Santa Fe and went on two occasions, taking time off work to do so, just to have them say oh they didn't understand or they made an appointment and didn't know what they needed to do. you'll have to come back another time. I bought my first Hyundai here, and had recent service on another car but they're losing the opportunity to sell me anything else or have me come in for service. I bought an extended warranty with my car, as I always do, and I would expect them to take a few extra minutes or be a little more concerned with taking care of a customer who drops $3000 to $4,000 on a warranty to ensure they won't have any problem getting paid with bumper-to-bumper issues. They will take the time to rinse your already clean car in their dirty reused water car wash and leave it full of spots. I'm sure the Hyundai Rep. won't be pleased with our report but we will be calling him anyway.

I have needed to bring my vehicle in for a few days and have helped to provide transportation by shuttle or loaner car each time. I have sent my car for service 3 times in the last year and had the best experience all 3 times. Aaron Naas, who leads service dept I guess. He has lots of patience and really took good care of my car. Always happy to speak to him and explain my issues. Met Kevin, a customer service driver while attending a conference in Naperville. Kevin told me to have my vehicle serviced at Patrick Land Rover the next time my vehicle needed a service. Made an appointment and drove 50 miles to the dealership. Ernie Bonilla the service manager was a great communicator. Charles Vyse the service technician made a video as he was inspecting my car, showing me all the items that required attention. A checklist was sent to me, allowing me to select all the repairs that i approved of. A loaner vehicle was provided. Two days later Kevin dropped off my vehicle which was detailed inside and out. This amazing experience occurred because Kevin approached me and indulged in a wonderful conversation about range rovers and the good service provided by Patrick Land Rover Thanks a lot Kevin, Ernie and Charles

Had the airbag recall performed on my Shelby G-500 Mustang. The service manager was very competent to insure the proper was ordered, the work was done at the appointed time and the vehicle hand washed on completion! My head mechanic also speaks highly of this dealership as we have a large fleet of Ford vehicles and he uses them for parts and service.
