Yesterday, I came in to fix a tire problem with my 2020 Jeep Cherokee, which I purchased from here. Few hours later, I drove off the lot with a brand new 2024 Grand Jeep Cherokee. I'm still in shock ! Edward Sanders ( sales associate ) remembered, from my last visit, I wanted to upgrade to a Grand Cherokee with sunroof. At first, I was skeptical that I couldn't afford it. Along with Roberto, Conrad, and Edward Sanders, they found a way for me to drive my dream truck off the lot. I'm forever grateful.

For me this was an emergency, because I was taking a trip and did not want to run the highway on the spare. It was late in the work day, but Pedro Mata, understood my circumstance and allowed me to bring my car in for tire repair / replacement. I was really surprised at how "out-of-the-way" accommodating Pedro was. I am deeply grateful for that kind if service to a Kia owner who bought from a competitor. We bought our vehicle with Anderson Nissan Mazda and decided to try the service there as well. I am so glad we did as the customer service we received was exceptional! On one occasion, my husband and I were 600 plus miles away and were having issues with our vehicle. I called service and spoke to Tyler who asked me a series of questions in response to what our issue was. He was able to give me information that set my mind at ease that what was happening would be very unlikely to cause problems on our trip back to IL. Upon our return to IL, we got the vehicle in and the issue turned out to be exactly what Tyler expected. Thankfully, just as he anticipated, it caused us no concerns on the way home. In addition, each time I set an appointment for service via the phone (basic maintenance and a recall) and each time I was at the dealership for service, Tyler was always friendly, kind and respectful. My husband and I have since moved from IL and oh how I wish we could have brought the Anderson Nissan Mazda staff with us! We truly appreciate the great service we got from this dealership. I would highly recommend them!
