The staff are so professional, and Kevin helped me with this purchase, and made sure I was satisfied before I had it home. We were visiting the Crawford County Humane Society in Robinson Il. While we were there, our tire pressure monitor light went on. My husband found a nail in one of the tires, and the tire pressure was 22psi. We went to Silverthorne Ford to see if they could help us. These people could not have been nicer. They were going to patch the tire, but Geoffrey discovered some large cracks on the inside of the tire. We were shocked since we had just had our tires rotated by our mechanic, and he never said anything. Jordan was surprised the tire hadn't blown. It could have been a bad accident if the tire had blown while we were driving at highway speeds. Even though the mechanics were busy, they took the time to replace the damaged tire. Geoffrey inspected the other 3 tires, and the other 3 were beginning to get cracks in them as well. This is a Ford dealer and we have a Toyota, so it was really nice they were willing to help us instead of sending us elsewhere. We live in Minnesota and we're on our way back. We forgot to take pictures of the tire to show our mechanic. Makayla was nice enough to send us some photos. We were just so amazed at the kindness and customer service we were provided by everyone at the dealership. Jordan, Geoffrey, Makayla, and Bailey really stood out. Bailey spent a lot of time showing my husband the owner's Hellcat he was detailing while we waited. We couldn't have been happier with the service everyone provided. We would highly recommend you take your vehicle there if you need any service.

We shopped all over but came back to Max Dye. We found that other car dealerships lure you in with great internet prices but once you are there, it does not pan out so well. The experience has always been great from the sales to the service. The sales department is very upfront with a good balance of not being too pushy but very knowledge and willing to answer all your questions. We enjoyed working with Chad. He spent a great deal of time making sure we were well oriented with our new purchase. The other great part of purchasing from Max Dye is having such an efficient, helpful service department. Steve has always taken great care of us. The owners are also very friendly, helpful and personable.

It's 23 Jun 2026, I own a 2019 RAM Longhorn, and the engine light appears. My first thought was to go to the local parts store to see what the code was, but that didn't work. Then I thought I would take it to a shop called Christian Brothers, I did, just to diagnose it would cost $190, wow, ouch… but ok. The diagnosis comes in, and they say, " It's internal and may be your engine. We need a compression test that costs $500…Wow…just for a test… My response is “Give me my car.” Here's my $190, minus the military discount, thank you, and off to David Taylor. They can see me the next morning, diagnose it, and do a compression test, all for $170. The mechanic asked who was messing around in the engine area, hummm, I wonder. David Taylor says it only needs a much-needed tune-up. They do it, and off I go. Problem fixed. Way to go, David Taylor. Please keep helping us, retired Disabled Veterans, and us helpless people in the community. We love you, David Taylor, please keep up the good work…

This Dealership is Top Notch, and take care of their customers. Cody ( Service Advisor) really went above and beyond assisting me with my truck repairs. The issue was complicated due to an insurance company being involved. This was an experience that neither of us had been through before. Cody was in constant contact, keeping me up to date during this process. As I became frustrated with the insurance company, Cody assured me that we’ll get through it and get your truck fixed and back to you. At one point the Roanoke management team, took notice and made sure I was taken care of. Thank You Cody, I hope I wasn’t too much of a pain. Thanks to the Management team too.
