Extremely friendly, helpful and when he didn't know an answer, he took the time to research and get the information to us in a timely (not pushy) manner. Even though we didn't end up purchasing a vehicle with Ronnie, just based on our interactions, I would highly recommend him and the dealership.

Fabulous service in an incredible setting! The team (Ryan, Peter, Ben, Vijay) made me feel at ease and welcomed at all times. Their communication was spot on with me when it came to contacting me via email, text and or phone. They all were pleasant, professional and extremely personable. Ryan Herbig made me feel comfortable within moments. Ryan is easy to talk to, straightforward and listens to what you want without the big sales pressure. His industry knowledge and experience is impressive. I worked with my last car person for 30 years and now look forward to working with Ryan! Peter Polanski's eye and ear for detail with paperwork and car knowledge is incredible. Peter was professional, pleasant and efficient as can be. When I picked up my car Peter spent as much time as I needed to walk through my car's functions while promoting me to call him any time with any question(s). Ben de Garcia was extremely helpful to say the least in readying my car for me. He greeted us with a big smile and said to be sure to call him with any questions, any time! I bought a 2022 Mercedes new and experienced a multitude - Anonymous

I bought a 2022 Mercedes new and experienced a multitude of error codes from the vehicle, one of which makes the steering pull to the right while driving among other issues. After receiving 3 different loner cars and months of trying to get the issues fixed the dealership told me they can not fix the issues this car has and I MUST return their loaner car to the dealership or they will file a stollen vehicle report and arrest me. I told them I don't want my car back if it is not fixed and we are now in the process of transferring the vehicle to a different dealership. I never received any communication about the status of my car through any of this which is not good and when I called to check on its status the manager told me he doesn't want to work on it. I then got the police involved to sort everything out and we are moving forward but the bottom line is this dealership lacks communication and the knowledge to fix the cars issues. Two separate issues now and they have basically told me they don't know how to fix it. The first issue got fixed with the steering wheel shaking over bumps but I had to tell their mechanics the cpu codes to fix that! I got on the Mercedes-Benz online forums and finally found the answer to educate their mechanics who are trained way more than I am and that took months too. Ridiculous! I do not recommend this dealership to anyone, for anything. Period.

Our experience with Travis and Theresa at Kunes Mercedes Benz of Sycamore was different than any other dealership we’ve had buying a vehicle from. The attention they gave us was beyond what we are used to. Besides being friendly and knowledgeable, everyone who works there went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The dealership is clean and bright. After ordering our vehicle, they kept us up to date on what was happening with it and when it would be delivered. When we picked up our vehicle, they made sure that everything was Perfect before we left. We will definitely be buying all our vehicles there in the future.

We contacted Mercedes by email four times and by phone twice requesting interior photos or a video walk through of a vehicle that they only had 7 photos of the exterior. We received one response via email from Edward Bowen requesting we call him and nothing that we requested. When we replied asking again for photos as we were working we did not receive anything. When we got off work and still had no photos we called the Sales Manager Bart Kievit and had to leave a message, we received no response from him either. We called back and spoke with somebody named Julian who said he would send us photos and never received anything. Apparently they don't care about good customer service! Contacted another dealership in IL and purchased our SUV there.
