We had an excellent experience because of Chris Roberts. We were "assigned" to him but I would prefer to use him for every future car shopping experience. He was not pushy with us and i felt more supported in this process than i did in the 5 dealerships we visited before Mercedes. I had a service appointment and after waiting for 15 minutes Shannon did not honor a coupon I had and I asked if they had another she said no. When I came back I found they had many offers in thier app minutes Shannon did not honor a coupon I had and I asked if they had another she said no. When I came back I found they had many offers in thier app and she could have shared but she did not care and she told me I can go to the other dealer who printed the coupon. This is bad service. I felt unwelcome so I did not hesitate to drive away and go to the other dealer.Thank God the other dealer ( in romeoville ) is not too far and their customer service is wonderful. More
