After leaving an initial positive review I must write a new one. I specifically asked my salesman Jaime if the price we were looking at was with taxes, fees, plates etc. He said yes so I agreed. But the contract had, certification fees ,tax ,title, doc fees. To 4600 more than what I agree upon. Very misleading. He was a pleasant person, but shouldn't have lied.

Paige Weinhaus Is the Best Service Adviser I have ever met and Jacob was an excellent Mechanic!! I have had many cars! From Corvettes to Cadillacs and the service was not good! My NUMBER 1 concern is the SERVICE DEPT If the dealership doesn't have a good Service Dept thats a big concern! I was extremely pleased with the Service I have been getting at Auffenberg Kia in Shilo Paige and Jacob were very thorough and explained things in detail as well as making sure that I was very satisfied with the service! This is what makes me come back to purchase another vehicle Not to mention how much my Service Dog loved all the loving attention!! C Grimes

We recently visited this dealership as we had just moved to Troy and I needed a new vehicle. I was looking for a specific K5. They didn’t have the exact one I wanted and I was in need of one immediately so we ended up not making a purchase here. I wanted to write a review though because Chuck was so friendly and helpful! He was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and offered to have the one I wanted delivered to the dealership for me in 1-2 days. Had I not been in such a bind I’d have accepted his offer. I will definitely keep his information for future reference and I would happily refer friends and family to him as well.

I was visiting Chicago from out of town. My air conditioner went out and it was very hot. I also had a 7 hour drive back home. I took my car to this dealer. I had purchased the extended coverage but they said a rock went through the compressor so I wasn’t covered. They told me at the dealership I could submit a claim with my auto insurance. It was a Friday afternoon and I needed to get back home so I told them to go ahead with the repairs. It was almost $5500. My auto insurance is now saying it was not a rock. It should have been covered under warranty. My local Kia dealer is saying I got taken and it shouldn’t have cost me even half what I paid. I would never recommend this deal. They scammed me for thousands of dollars. I was out of state and had no other options. I will never buy another Kia and would not recommend anyone trusting this dealership.

I flew to Chicago to purchase a specific Telluride and got to the dealership, sales guy was nice, did paperwork and went outside to drive the vehicle home and found a scratch to the bare metal, showed the salesman before I took the car and his response was when I get home go to my Kia dealership and get some touch up paint and we don't have any here. I paid outright for the car and they won't do anything about it. I am not an autobody person, so I'm assuming it will rust. I responded to the managers and not one response from them or the salesman. They sold the car and won't do anything about it. What kind of salesman would say to a customer on a 52k car that is brand new to go buy some touch paint!! They won't respond to Kia Corporate about it either!! I should have read these reviews before I went to Gerald Kia in Naperville, IL!!! Read the reviews before you buy there!!

Elgin Kia is by far the best Kia dealership in the Midwest! We have had several Kia leases, and our last lease, which was purchased at Elgin Kia a few years ago just ended, and our salesman Kosta and the entire Elgin Kia team made our purchasing of our lease so easy! They are also professional, kind, the facility is state-of-the-art and super clean! They are even so kid friendly when you bring your little ones. Highly recommend anyone and everyone to purchase their next Kia from this dealership! Specifically use Kosta as your salesman! I must say I’ve never seen a better and more honest car salesman than Kosta! I have used countless salesman throughout many years, and I have never had such a great experience that all the experiences I have had with Kosta. I brought my family to Courtesy Kia a couple of years ago and purchased two vehicles from their lot and later ordered a third; while replacing our Fords. We sat down with a salesman named John Bush and he has become the icon of terrific quality and trust. The process was immense with three people eyeballing him, asking questions, wanting demonstrations, and very vocal about what we wanted and needed. But John never faltered and answered every question we tossed him and made sure the paperwork was finalized for both us (our family) and the front office. After the purchases for my wife and daughter, I decided to go back the following year for myself and would not dare go anywhere else; except straight to John’s desk. Each time, John went over everything and discussed options, taking me back to see a model that had just come in that was being prepared for another customer that helped me decide for sure! What makes a salesperson great is what John is; by listening very carefully to what our daughter was saying about her excitement for her new Niro. John has extensive knowledge about vehicles and pointed out the family friendliness points of the Sportage to my wife. He was so transparent about his desire to really help us acquire the vehicles we really wanted with full honesty. Patient, empathetic, and remaining in touch to ensure we were satisfied with the vehicles, he helped make such a positive decision to buy! We were very honored to have found a salesperson who was not looking for a quick sale but a happy family when we drove away from the lot! Such wealth of knowledge, kindness, patience, and a desire to make the customer happy is why John Bush will always be the Salesman of the Year to us and for our next vehicles to come! Often imitated but shall never be duplicated in any way! Lou Fusz will only benefit substantially with the expertise and corporate knowledge of John Bush!

We had been looking at the Kia Sorento for a while but dreaded going in to deal with another horrible sales experience. I was pleasantly surprised. We were greeted by Ted Raines and he was awesome! No pressure, knew his stuff and Mike Miller also made a point to introduce himself and welcome us. Derek in the finance office was also fabulous.
