I recommend making an appointment and coming prepared, because that way they were able to do it all in one trip - including my trade-in, which was very helpful to me. The finance person I worked with across the street was also very personable. I was impressed with the whole process from beginning to end! Mike has kept me informed about what needs to be completed each time and I have had minimal problems with my car.
